Totally would love to talk on it, if your looking for some host/talkers. Saddly between writing, school and other such things, I can work the pod Snapcasting.
Jace SHOULD be unbanned in modern. I hate all the people saying "JACE IS BROKEN OHMYGOD HE'LL TAKE OVER AND CAWBLADE WILL REIGN SUPREME AGAIN" when bloodbraid elf literally comes down after jace and kicks jace right in the crotch, takes jace's lunch money, and jace is left to bleed out on the sidewalk in agonizing pain.
Podcasting is dirt simple, it's just finding a place to host the podcast that'd be difficult. Like everyone has said, I'd go to Blippy for data, but if you need guests I (and others) on the forum would be happy to help.
Also, I don't know how serious you want to do this, but if I were you I'd write out some scripts for episodes, establish a timeframe for the podcast as a whole, and lock down a time when everyone can communicate.
Just my $.02
Would it be possible to work with an existing podcast site (such as Yo! MTG Taps) and have them host it as a sort of companion podcast? I know there is a fairly modest network of Magic podcasts out there.

Not sure if I could, or if you would want me to, participate, but I would really love to have a modern podcast available. I have been pretty unsatisfied with most mtg podcasts so far (excluding CFBs for some reason).

Thanks to SushiOtter at Hakai Studios for the great banner.

Actually MTGcast would probablly be more than willing to host it, just contact chewie (From Monday Night Magic and The Mana Pool) because i believe he is the one who post them up now.

Hmm, that would be pretty cool, but would we have enough material for a weekly podcast? The format doesnt see a whole lot of new stuff come around as of late. I'd be willing to help if you guys need it. Not that it matters, but I have decent recording equipment and a good speaking voice (according to my professors and the people who watch my livestream channel). Of course, I don't really know how we'd even go about doing it though, but I'm sure a little research on google would be suffecient.
Oh does it help that I'm a professional screenwriter? So I'm trained in radio/tv/ ect. Scripting and producing? I probably should have mentioned that. lol.

My english suck pretty hard too, but I would definitely listen to this each week. This podcast would of course focus on the top decks, but how about a weekly section named "Rogue deck of the week"? Looking forward to hearing from you.

I am petitioning for the removal of mythic rarity and boycotting overpriced singles. Sig this to join the cause for a more affordable Magic the Gathering.
I would both love to be on it, and to listen to it weekly! Let me know if you need some co-hosts, I have skype, and will even have Camtasia once I get MY computer fixed d:

Well, it would certainly focus on top decks, but it should be broader than that. There are only so many top decks, and though new ones will be added or changed, there's certainly more we could discuss than just deck lists.

You could milk the old tournament data and decktypes for weeks if you knew what you were talking about, at least long enough to get to the World Cup.

Out of the blackness and stench of the engulfing swamp emerged a shimmering figure. Only the splattered armor and ichor-stained sword hinted at the unfathomable evil the knight had just laid waste.
If you need a co-host. I am definitely down, I've been thinking about doing this myself and I've done hundreds of casts for other games before. Speaking isn't a problem for me.
I like the name "Snapcasting". I am unsure how well a podcast right now would work out, since almost no modern tournaments are going on. But, I think the first few episodes should be a metagame overview and deck techs of top tier decks.
Well, we do have one tournament to cover: the Lantern League.
If the podcast does happen, the first episode will invariably revolve around covering the first Invitational Qualifier (which should be finished soon).
which should be awesome. And I've download and learned how to make podcasting files. All we need is a skype connections for people to host. I knew how to edit sound anyways from previous film gigs, just didnt know what software to use to record.
Now with contacts!

My H/W list

Also the data for the first Invitational would be lovely. Decks, bracket, etc. I don't need lists, just archetypes.
