The last card to get a vote was Hypergenesis. We've still got the lingering specter of that card (and not the initially banned Skullclamp).
Yeah I can do that.
Though id feel that less cards being analyzed each time would be a better approach, as it would offer more in depth analyses of each and their potential effect on the meta. I think introducing too many variables at once would be undesirable for the study.

is it top 3 or top 5? i browsed the thread and can't seem to find the definitive decision.
I will tell you that I have tested Bitterblossom Fae and it certainly takes the deck to Tier 1 status. It is ridiculously easy to protect such that the best answer is sadly T1 Spell Snare or discard.
The only downside is that if it does end up in the yard it makes Goyf +2/+2 bigger.
If you're looking to break cards in half I dont' think Delver will be AV's home. It's just too slow for any delver list, maybe try it in a hardcore teachings/gifts deck or maybe UW midrange.
I'd be more prone to believe that the combination of Bitterblossom and Ancestral Vision would take Fae to Tier 1. At least, Modern RUG Tempo Thresh is so high-tempo that it can rip up BW Tokens (with Bitterblossom) long enough to win around half the time (from my testing so far).
Would reintroducing Bitterblossom only really boost the Fae that much? I'd be prone to believe RUG Tempo Thresh can protect Turn 4 Goyf just as easily.
Thats why you run one with and one without. By the way, delver is a U/W midrange deck.
BB makes B/W tokens a tier 1 deck too. Some feel its even stronger then fae too.
I believe the point of this test group is to answer questions such as these.
Is this a baseless claim or something you've actually tested?
I feel like testing cards one at a time (or multiple related cards) may be better than doing a whole bunch at once so as to see the impact they have on the meta we've got now. You know, maybe Visons + Bitterblossom is too good but Blossom is actually fine on its own? (I don't believe this; it's just an example.)
In addition, I feel that simply testing the cards that got the most votes on the poll is also not necessarily the best way to go about things, because the poll was "What do you think could safely be unbanned?" and not "What do you think would be interesting to test?". Everyone knows GGT is fine, but I'd be a lot more interested to see what happens to the format when, say Umezawa's Jitte is allowed -- but I didn't vote for it, because I don't really think it's safe to unban (just that it might be).
Seriously, though, without Dread Return, why is Golgari Grave Troll banned? It's probably a good idea to test this card, because it's not broken in itself. It's a good graveyard enabler (although only slightly better than dredge 5 imp) and it's a good creature on the board usually.
However, the really good cards to make use of the narcomoeba (namely cabal therapy and dread return) are not in modern, and there really isn't any good reanimation spell in modern (except Goryo's Vengeance, but it's very narrow). Besides, I'm repeating myself, but GGT only digs 1 more card than the imp.
It was tested pre-format. B/W tokens with BB is tier 1. So much so, there was a 12 wrath deck running around simply to combat it.
Nice dig, sorry Wotc didnt approach your LGS to do some testing, and I am sorry Wotc wont release testing information. Since they dont release testing informations for cards created, maybe they dont test?
