Does anyone have a way to search for cheap, non-tap activated abilities in search engines like Gatherer? I am having difficulty getting the results I am looking for, or at least sorting out what I am looking for from what I am not looking for. I have an idea for a Horobi, Death's Wail and was trying to find something to abuse as a cheap board wiper.
Captive Flame seems like the best option, Onyx Mage and Scale of Chiss Gloria are the best on-color options.
But cheap white tappers like Gideon's Lawkeeper will get the job done. Have fun!
Funnily enough Cauldron of Souls will kill all your targets.
