Some of the more interesting cards to me that could see some play:
Liliana, Heretical Healer: Seems really good in company decks. There's no reason not to run her in creature based decks like CoCo variants and will definitely see play.
Languish: This will see play in Junk, it is one sided Wrath of God in this deck.
Hallowed Moonlight: Nothing amazing but in the right meta could see some play in the sideboards.
Day's Undoing: This has some potential in aggro decks especially Burn.
Goblin Piledriver: He's going to help goblins and push them a little forward but I don't think he will have big impact. Goblins are still lacking of Goblin Ringleader and as long he doesn't see reprint in modern (if he ever will at all) Gobllins won't be too serious deck to consider even with Piledriver.
You have definitely listed cards that have a good chance at seeing Modern play and I think there are a few additional cards that could pop in Modern.
To be honest I hope that Day's Undoing turns out to be dud though. Im just tired that cards like these always push linear, aggressive strategies. Treasure Cruise was bad enough already.
And yeah I know. They only design cards for Limited and Standard and all that. That doesn't make it better though.
Again, sideboard Hallowed Moonlight is wrong. Play it main deck or don't play it at all.
How does this make any sense? It is just a terrible cantrip against most decks. It is purely a sideboard card.
It's a metacall card in the same way as Shadow of Doubt. Against the fair decks, it is just a cruddy cantrip card.
I think it's best in a 1-of flex spot in the main as well. That's your one chance to do a "got em" victory.

Shadow of Doubt can still at least kill fetchlands. Hallowed Moonlight is only a cantrip and nothing more against 80% of the format.
For dedicated UWx control decks in the right meta Hallowed Moonlight will be a must have maindeck card.
2 mana hard counter and replaces itself against goryo, through the breach, every token making card, chord, company, unburial rites, genesis wave. Buys you a turn against twin combo, buys you time against vial, vengevine and the like. Stops anafenza/melira combo, stops living end, stops empty the warrens. Other niche applications where even though it's 'dead' can stop huntmaster/blade splicer getting an extra dude, can stop resto getting value, can stop finks/voice coming back after a wrath.
Sounds pretty varied to me and that's just what comes off the top of my head.

Relic of Progenitus and Blood Moon are maindeckable hate cards because they hit a good 30-50% of decks out there, if not more. Unless your meta is full of combo and DnT (what a bizarre meta that would be...) you have a pretty good chance of missing 80% of decks or more. I think I would rather have a more general answer in the main than this.
That being said it wouldn't be so bad as to be unplayable, and it would be incredibly cute, especially if you run Flickerwisp...
I don't think so because Sphinx's Tutelage doesn't go infinite with Painter Servant.
Decks I'm playing in Modern right now:
URB Grixis Reveler (http://www.mtgvault.com/supast4r7/decks/modern-grixis-reveler/)
UB Faeries (http://www.mtgvault.com/supast4r7/decks/ub-fae-2/)
UW Azorious Control (http://www.mtgvault.com/supast4r7/decks/modern-ojutai-control-2/)

Storm Crow is strictly worse than Seacoast Drake.
