I've beaten G/W Hatebears, Esper control, Merfolk, and Affinity so far. I lose to burn, and I've lost to Mono-Blue turns since I don't have the Boil for sideboard yet, but so far no problems 2-2 with it at my first modern FNM, I'll take that. Had a turn 1 or 2 moon in almost every game, and at least once a round.

I've been having a lot of success with Rock against Eldrazi decks every since I made a few tweaks and arrived at two similar lists both of which have performed strongly...
I'm hoping you guys can provide some feedback on which build might be the strongest route to take. Thank you in advance.
Fundamentally, this becomes a question of if Scavenging Ooze and Kitchen Finks are superior to Vampire Nighthawk, superior enough to justify the former instead of the latter even at the cost of having to cut some Phyrexian Obliterators.
I've played against that deck type as my G/R tron 3 times now on MTGO. I feel like it's not actually a bad matchup because I usually have enough time to get 7+ lands naturally. Koth is about the only teeth in the deck. I feel like a GQ before moon or another way to destroy a basic land to keep decks which are hampered by blood moon off of basics is in order.
Land disruption just turned out way too slow to have a significant effect. By the time you drop it Eldrazi already has a huge board prescence
Countermagic would have been a good solution if the UW variants didn't start running Cavern of Souls. That, combined with how strong TKS and Smasher are against removal makes that there just does not seem to be a good universal answer that covers all the different Eldrazi flavours.
Your first deck looks more resistant to all the land hate I expect to come in droves to counter the Eldrazi (such as Blood Moon and Spreading Seas). Given I never expect the meta to be 100% Eldrazi, I'd rather play the first deck.
If you're tuning for eldrazi, then I would definitely cut down on the abrupt decays; they don't really match up well.
I would say the same about Courser of Kruphix. You really need the most efficient creatures possible to hang with eldrazi creatures.
Lectryls, I went ahead and beefed up the mana base to be more resilient by dramatically reducing the deck's reliance on green so that you consistently fetch up Swamps the first several turns.
As per your suggestion leondal, I also replaced the Courser of Kruphix for the more efficient Gatekeeper of Malakir.
However, I don't think Decay should be cut. Decay is still great for blowing up all of Eldrazi Stompy's threats except for Thoughtknot and Smasher so it's great at slowing them down and getting them down to one creature that can be dealt with by Pulse, Liliana, Gatekeeper, Goyf, Obliterator or Hexmage...

I played the borderpost version of Restore Balance at GP Detroit. It was really good against Eldrazi. Not to mention it was completely unexpected by everyone else I played. I just lost out to other fringe decks (8-rack, Lantern Control) But for the most part it's good and has a lot of defense. Most people say Chalice and Stony Silence which are good, but easily beaten with Ingot Chewer and Wispmare. But you only really have to worry about those after game 1 anyway.
I can only speak from my MTGO experience in the "Just for Fun" game room so take this with a rather sizeable grain of saltbut I've done well vs these Eldrazi decks with my glass cannon B/U Mill deck.
I am pretty new so I might be wrong but what do you thing about sideboarding 4x crumble to dust for eye of ugin/eldrazi temple?

4 Is going to be too many. Maybe 3 at the maximum but even then getting to 4 mana against Eldrazi decks and not dying is a challenge in itself. You may be better off playing Fulminator Mage or Stone Rain to just slow them down. Ghost Quarter is your best option though.
