There are a lot of Junds and Burns in my local meta. Also there are some Tron players. I would like to find a deck that's favorable against all of them and is not a total loser against everything else. Currently I see RG Land-destruct as a good choice. My friend advised me to try some GW Aggro (Finks, Liege, PtE, etc.), but I doubt it can ever be favorable vs Tron. Can you please suggest anything else?
p.s. our team has a good cardpool so budget is not a problem.
If I had to guess I would say that an Abzan Company list with mainboard Fulminator Mages would be good against that. Kiki chord if tuned would probable be good into those matchups (but it has a bad scapeshift match)

On mtgsalvation people don't want to discuss ideas, so I give people something else to discuss: my controversial opinions.
Welcome to the classical Modern dilemma. No deck is truly, convincingly favored against all 3. I'd say the closest is Merfolk, which beats Burn and Jund and has a 50/50 matchup against Tron.
Abzan company is favored against Jund, and I believe it's favored against burn, but nobody will ever tell you that Tron is a good match up. The maindeck Fulminator Mage MIGHT get the match up closer to 50-50, but I can't imagine it being favored.
The problem with your request is that you want a deck that goes positive against the 2nd fastest aggro deck in the format, the most versatile midrange deck in the format, and the most powerful big mana deck in the format. All of which are tier one decks. I very much suspect that no such deck exists.
It's close. I feel like Jund beats it. But it is slightly favored against Burn and probably 60/40 against GR Tron.
Game 1, Jund is probably 45/55 against Affinity at worst. But after board, it gets closer to 60/40.

Wilted Abzan or Little Kid Abzan is the deck you're looking for. The deck usually has an explosive start and puts a clock fairly quickly against Tron especially if you draw a turn 1 Noble Hierarch or Birds of Paradise. The deck is also resilient against discard and 1 for 1 removal which is Jund's forte that's why the deck has been dubbed the "midrange hunter". It packs life gain to combat Burn in the form of Kitchen Finks and Siege Rhinos. I suggest taking a look at Jacob Wilson's Pro Tour Fate Reforged deck and start from there. The meta in that tournament was mostly Abzan midrange and Burn, and they designed the deck to next level those decks.

I played some of this quite a bit ago and I felt like it was incredibly weak to GR Tron (not to mention combo decks, which the OP didn't mention anyway). I don't see what has changed in the past year that can make it better. While Wurmcoil Engine can be dealt with by Path to Exile, Karn, Oblivion Stone, Ulamog's exile triggers, and heaven forbid Ugin the Spirit Dragon cause some real problems for Little Kid.

It used to be called Eldrazi Aggro.
Company is not favored against Jund at all. CoCo was 50/50 before Jund started running Kalitas main, Jund is almost certainly favored against CoCo (although not massively so) so long as it packs hate for it in the SB - which is a certainty given that it's a Tier 1 deck in the format. It's certainly favored against Burn but is terrible against Tron (unless it gets the god hand).
I would say Affinity is your best bet here. It's slightly favored against Jund, beats Tron and can race Burn.
Oh right, I own Abzan Company, but haven't played it since before Cleetus came out. I didn't consider that he might change the match up.
Nice advice, thanks! Maybe anything that's under the radar?
I would like to know your opinion on RG Land Destruction deck. I've seen EFro got nice results with it and some people performed 5-0 in mtgo league, so it's not a bad deck. But how it will perform vs Jund, Burn and Tron? As for me - it's better than Affinity for that meta (which is the next deck that's I'm testing).
This may be a bit late, but I think I found the deck for you: Dredge.
In the author's own words, the Jund/Burn/Tron matchups are:
Jund: typically very easy unless your opponent has an early Ooze
Burn: Dredge outraces Burn, solidly favorable
Tron: favorable as long as they don't have turn 3 Tron (turn 3 Tron %s here. TL;DR version: it's less than 50%.)
As a bonus, the deck is relatively cheap: mtggoldfish puts it at $276.

I actually think Ad Nauseam would be the perfect choice here. The Tron matchup is insanely easy, and you essentially are playing a deck that's pre-boarded against Burn so you'll crush that all day too. Jund will be tougher, but with Spoils of the Vault and 4 sideboard Leyline of Sanctity, you should be favored.

My friend played ANT a lot and told that it's not really favorable vs Jund: they can discard you if you are not lucky to begin with a leyline and they can kill Unlife. Nevertheless, they have pretty good clock.
I'll check affinity, but it seems for me that it shouldn't be truly favored with Jund. 55/45 maybe... Or do I miss something?
And thank you all for advice! If anybody has other ideas - I'll be happy to read.
You'll get different answers for the AN vs Jund matchup depending on who you ask. Andreas Ganz (GP Charlotte winner) thinks it's slightly favorable. Bob Huang thinks it's unfavorable, but not hard to steal a win.
Personally I think it's unfavorable for AN. You're trying to assemble a 2 card combo against a deck with discard, which is basically the same reason Twin was bad vs Jund.

The difference is that Jund has a tougher time dealing with a spell based combo deck than a 3 mana creature. Discard alone is not usually enough to beat ad nauseam, we usually need multiple pieces of discard along with a Goyf to out on pressure. A good hand for Jund will beat Ad Nauseam pretty much every time in game 1, but a mediocre Jund hand will usually lose. In games 2-3 it can get pretty rough for us since a turn 0 leyline means we just can't interact hardly at all until we Pulse it.
I still think AN is the best choice for the OP because while it might not be favored against Jund, you really can't ask for a deck that's favored against all 3 of Jund, Burn, and Tron. The fact that AN beats burn and Tron handily while being slightly unfavored at worst against Jund makes it an overall better choice than the other suggestions so far, IMO.

I just thought Affinity would be good choice here as well. It has good game against all three decks although it gets worse postboard especially against Jund but game 1 should be yours if you have good hand. I don't think there is actually any other deck that would have good game against all three.
Yeah, Affinity seems fine as well. The Tron matchup isn't a bye though like it is for Ad Naus pretty much, but Affinity is definitely favored against Tron and Burn while also being decent vs Jund as well.

I don't think Tron vs Merfolk is 50/50, its a rather bad matchup for Tron, in my experience, as long as Merfolk runs Spreading Seas, which they always do.
Merfolk is absolutely not a bad matchup for Tron. I've had a lot of Merfolk players tell me they hate playing against Tron.
Sure, Spreading Seas can be annoying. But Spreading Seas is also a turn they didn't cast a threat that gives the Tron player more time. And that time can be spent finding another copy of that land or simply assembling five random lands and blasting everything away (including the Spreading Seas!) with Oblivion Stone.
And that's if they do have the Spreading Seas. If they don't, then Tron can just do their thing and win that way.
