Dramatic entrance is similar to Through the Breach in that it's an instant speed creature cheat. Recently I have been trying to figure out a home for this card and Nahiri, the Harbinger seems decent with it. These two cards are relatively synergistic because the two cards that Dramatic entrance wants (worldspine wurm and progenitus) can be binned by Nahiri's plus ability.
Other cards that are worth considering for Dramatic entrance:
I've tried making this card work. It doesn't, because no green creature ends the game quite like Breaching in Emrakul, other than Primeval Titan, which I'll cover next. Wurm eats Path and Progenitus doesn't kill or disable in one hit, leaving you to die on the swing back.
Dramatic Entrance for Primeval Titan just reduces its cost by 1 and puts it into play at instant speed, which isn't very impressive. Breaching in Titan with the proper setup actually wins much faster even though Titan dies at EOT, since you can get 2 Valakuts followed by 2 Mountains, for a total of 18 damage (including the attack). Should your opponent survive that, subsequent lands are now double Bolts, so he has to deal with that too.
On the card itself, 5 mana is the spot where a turn 2 Pentad Prism, Devoted Druid or Generator Servant can accelerate you into it on turn 3, so try those if you want. T1 Search for Tomorrow + T2 ramp spell also gets there, but it's less reliable because you need two cards instead of just one.
the format needs a green creature that says "i end the game" in order for dramatic entrance to work. until that comes about, just grab them while they are low price and sit on them.
I actually played a deck like this at TNM once. I ran Dramatic Entrance in a BUG shell. There was no ramp; just typical midrange/controllish cards in the deck with Dramatic Entrance/Progenitus. Like others have said, Progenitus doesn't win the game and often it is not enough to block a creature before lethal. I just saw it as a "fun" deck, which it was. I ran 3 Spreading Seas in the mainboard and the full 4 Fulminator Mage in the SB because those are good against decks that this type of deck usually folds to.
(I actually bought 2 more Progenitus and a Sunken Ruins that I didn't have just to try this deck for fun. For what it's worth, here's how I did.) Round 1 vs. Elves. 2-1.
Round 2 vs. UR Delver. 0-2.
Round 3 vs. GR Tron. 2-0.
For some reference, if anyone cares, I played it after Treasure Cruise/Birthing Pod had just been banned.

I like it Dennis. I think there needs to be more controllish elements to it though, your deck seems hard pressed to survive the early game. If I were to do a Dramatic Entrance deck, I'm going to run it with Gishath, Sun's Avatar, and pure spicy dinosaurs.
Think about it, Gishath comes down, attack for lets just assume 5 damage, then slap down a big field of dinosaurs, hope you don't get blown out with a wrath and proceed to win the game! It also helps to be able to have essentially 8 bolt effects to protect the early game if needed. Seems still too fair though and not a great deck. Spicy if it works!
A Standard dinosaur deck isn't going big enough imho, you don't need Dramatic Entrance for that (most creatures cost less than 5).
My aim is to go big as fast as possible, not to play a fair creature deck (which would be better outside of dinosaur tribal).
L.Bolt and R.Rage (not a modern-level card) won't add that much "control" to the deck anyway imho.

That's very fair assessment. That said, I forgot about Polyraptor, if a dinosaur deck is going to be a dinosaur deck, I think I rather dramatic entrance this badboy instead. Then find some way to do separate damage to suddenly get a huge number of dinos.
I dont see the problem with entering in a poly to block with. Then cracking back for 10. If they block them with anything other that heirarch or bop you get more to block with again. Creating a weird you either eat 10 a turn or chump and I get blockers. You dont care if they chump something bigger like a DS since you get another one to swing in with.
That said the biggest green threat you can do Imo is the elephant. Eot this guy in allows you to put 18 power worth of creatures on the field.
If that is your plan then arbor sprawl seems like the best bet. Id play chancellor of the tangle in here just as accelerant and a bad enterence target should you need one. Ideal play would be reveal chancellor play forest cast elf and sprawl. Next turn forest go. Eot tap lands for 3. Untap enchanted forest tap for 2. Cast entrance. target 2 forests and 1 sprawl. Swing for 19.

Maybe it should be a 4x-of over Summoner's Pact, though other options to consider can be Oath of Nissa/Commune with Nature (or Congregation at Dawn).
Some more good green creatures can be: Terastodon (probably a SB card), the new Zacama, Primal Calamity (some useful abilities and a good body)
and Ghalta, Primal Hunger (can be hardcast easily after cheating out a creature).
Lesser options: Craterhoof Behemoth, Liege of the Tangle, Carnage Tyrant, Elderscale Wurm (pseudo-Worship) and Sifter Wurm (mainly for scry+lifegain).
What do you think ?

Now that we got Eladamri's Call and Once Upon a Time the deck can become more consistent, though not sure if they're much better than Summoner's Pact here.
There is also Impervious Greatwurm as a potential finisher (probably competing with Hellkite Overlord/Zacama for slots).
