Tron, easily. It invalidates strategies and pushes you into fast linear aggro or fast combo if you want to beat it. If you want to play other kinds of decks like midrange or control, you find that land destruction often isn't fast enough and that there isn't a powerful hate card ala keeping Affinity honest.
For a big mana deck, it breaks some traditional rules for ramp decks. Ramp decks used to suffer from having to draw Rampant Growth when you needed threats. Tron gets the best selection spell in Modern in Ancient Stirrings to avoid this. Even counter magic doesn't save you now that Ulamog is taking your lands away better than you can theirs.
It's too consistent, the threats it powers out are too powerful for that level of consistency and it limits the decks you can play successfully. So annoying.
in a format that is supposed to let you live until turn 4, there shouldn't be a big issue.
It's also very weak to fast decks or burn and combo.

My LGS players are starting to have a real disdain for playing against me. 9/10 times I'm on RG Titan-Shift and I've been the King of the Hill so to speak for the past few months just about in our meta.
Usually when I sit down it turns into an eye roll fest and players talking about how the round is gonna be pointless for them or along those lines. Makes me feel anxious and a little guilty. I have fun playing magic but I'm mostly in it for the competitive aspect. I'd say there's nothing I really dislike playing against unless I have to sit still for 15 minutes while you rummage through your deck. It's not that lack of interaction that gets to me but the anxiety of just sitting while being, for the most part, silent.

sounds like they need to up their game! you're playing a reasonably competitive deck but not top-tier unbeatable, and we all know ramp has its weaknesses. are the people in your shop just reluctant to switch around in the modern card-pool? If i knew Titan-Shift was in the meta and often at the top-tables, i'd be playing something with a positive matchup (maybe even RUG scapeshift haha!)

Modern: G Tron, Vannifar, Jund, Druid/Vizier combo, Humans, Eldrazi Stompy (Serum Powder), Amulet, Grishoalbrand, Breach Titan, Turns, Eternal Command, As Foretold Living End, Elves, Cheerios, RUG Scapeshift
I've got three modern decks I play regularly, eldrazi D&T, burn, and RG titanshift/breach. I don't really have a preference it's just what I prefer to play.
My only real beef is with combos that take a long time to finish, like turns or storm. That being said they aren't unbearable and sometimes it feels so good to just make them fizzle with a Thalia.
A lot of people have problems with tron and lantern but I like the challenge of the uphill battle, both decks have a lot of sideboard hate against them. Maybe that's just me as an annoying D&T player lol. If I'm lazy I'll just bring scapeshifts.
Jund/Junk and most 4c good stuff decks. Pretty simply they have so much removal and discard that the pilot can screw up and remove the wrong thing so often and it still won't hurt them because more removal will be along soon so they can kill the threat they should have killed first. They don't have great matches or bad matches in the way other decks do, they just feel like a safe generic and boring choice. When my opponent makes three small mistakes on what they rip from hand or kill, I want them to lose pretty much every time, which they don't. Moreover, it tends to be these decks whho have some pilots who fetch like muppets and then whinge about t4/5/6 Blood Moon.

People with belligerent signatures are trying to compensate for something....
Legacy - Sneak Show, BR Reanimator, Miracles, UW Stoneblade
Premodern - Trix, RecSur, Enchantress, Reanimator, Elves https://www.facebook.com/groups/PremodernUSA/ Modern - Neobrand, Hogaak Vine, Elves
Standard - Mono Red (6-2 and 5-3 in 2 McQ)
Draft - (I wish I had more time for limited...)
Commander - Norin the Wary, Grimgrin, Adun Oakenshield (taking forever to build) (dead format for me)
Feels like I've already posted in this thread, but since some time has passed..
Current least favorite deck to face is Karn Tron, because it's the weakness of my BG delirium. Thoughtseize, Tarmogoyf, grim flayer, and tireless tracker vs. Karn Liberated, Ugin Spirit Dragon, Oblivion Stone, and Wurmcoil Engines - obvious who wins. Don't even sideboard against it, because the matchup is too lopsided in their favor.
Honestly I am fine playing against Tron, I have beaten it quite a few times with various LD decks I play. The one deck I do not like playing against is Tefari decks.
Eggs or Cheeri0s decks with an inexperienced pilot. Just... if you're going to play a loop based combo, learn your deck inside and out to not make us suffer through 70 minute turns. *headdesk*

As for me, my least favorite deck to play against is Tron with marked sleeves.
