I was reading through the least favorite decks to play against thread and thought to open the opposite discussion. Instead of the deck you can’t stand to be paired up against, how about the deck the you most enjoy playing against. It could be because it’s a challenging matchup for your deck of choice, or maybe they play cool cards, or you just enjoy stomping their face in because the matchup is so easy and you like winning. Whatever the reason may be.
Amulet Titan. Sure, it has some completely absurd hands, but it also leaves a lot of room open for different kinds of interaction. Its complexity means two games against the deck will rarely be the same.
Amulet
Control, including UW, Esper, Jeskai, and my personal favorite to play against, Blue Moon.
Midrange, including Jund, Junk, Rock, Mardu, and the new Grixis decks with Dreadhorde Arcanist.

I can't say I'm pleased to see you and must warn you I may have to do something about it.

It really depends, as I choose a huge variety of decks.
But usually if I'm playing seriously, Tron is normally a good matchup for me. I also tend to hedge a bit against Burn, so I don't usually mind much playing there. But I've also had problems against Tron whenever I try a new, fun deck. And Burn has caused problems for me in the past or to be more specific - the card Eidolon of the Great Revel.
I am not like most others. I don't usually enjoy playing against BGx. Thoughtseize or Inquisition of Kozilek into Dark Confidant into Liliana of the Veil is not fun for me, win or lose. It's like playing against 8 Rack on a smaller scale. I can beat them, but to do so isn't going to be normally how my deck wins. Also I've probably heard the most complaints here, "If I only drew removal..." Sure, but then you also drew fewer discard spells or fewer Tarmogoyfs or fewer Liliana of the Veil. Obviously the complaints are sometimes spot on, but their deck construction is a certain way for a reason and things happen. (I also wished my opponent didn't draw 3 Tireless Tracker on an open board sometimes.)

Legacy - Sneak Show, BR Reanimator, Miracles, UW Stoneblade
Premodern - Trix, RecSur, Enchantress, Reanimator, Elves https://www.facebook.com/groups/PremodernUSA/ Modern - Neobrand, Hogaak Vine, Elves
Standard - Mono Red (6-2 and 5-3 in 2 McQ)
Draft - (I wish I had more time for limited...)
Commander - Norin the Wary, Grimgrin, Adun Oakenshield (taking forever to build) (dead format for me)
Phoenix, Humans, Spirits, Hardened Scales, GDS, BGx, Vannifar, Infect, Affinity and Jeskai Control.
I also liked playing vs Mardu Pyromancer but that deck doesn't see much play anymore.
UW Control. My Tron build seems to be favored against it, but not overwhelmingly. it leads to long games with a lot of choices on both sides of the table. we both have to really prioritize what we choose to deal with. it's like a Control mirror, but I don't have to have my threats be silly words like 'efficient'

Project Booster Fun makes it less fun to open a booster.
Depends on what I'm on at the time. If reclamation then I love playing against UW control. Lol. If goblins then Death's Shadow and most other aggro decks. Etc.

Looks like I got in too late for this one. I miss playing against birthing pod most! I loved the games where I could Shadow of a Doubt on T2, Spreading Sea T3, and Ajani Vengeant T4 and just lock them out on mana! Birthing Pod is more a victim of mob hate banning than Splinter Twin was. Not that Splinter Twin got a fair shake either though!

UB Faeries is another interesting deck to play against.
