fun combo deck tell me what you think any any ideas you might have

I played a Temur (RUG) version in standard, which kept causing people to rage quit, which was about the time I realised I should be playing storm in modern instead.

Beck // Call and young pyromancer means every spell you cast draws you a card... burning-tree emissary is free, wild cantor is free.

You can kick things off with Infernal plunge/Kuldotha Rebirth and memnite

I've tried porting this to Modern many a times, and at first I was ecstatic and thrilled at the printing of jeskai ascendancy and it overperfomred in the deck... until I realised it was simply a superior win-con to Burn at the Stake. Unfortunately Stoke became obsolete as soon as Ascendancy was printed. Try doing a Jeskai tokens build instead.

I've tried jeskai ascendancy wasn't impressed with it for this build. you either need a haste enabler or you need a fling effect. though I have been toying with a Jeskai Ascendancy deck that uses Akron crusader. his tokens having haste is very relevant and it doesn't hurt that many of the cards already target creatures (i.e. wisps etc..)

i have looked at a splash of either G or W, G for beck; W for lingering souls. 5 color is to taxing on our life total.
