The idea is to abuse the Pacts by simply not dying thanks to Gideon or Angel's Grace.
The deck is extremely low to the ground and can produce hilariously fast starts (turn 1: discard into turn 2 end of opponents turn: Pact of the Titan, Snap->replay Pact of the Titan->attack him with 10 power on turn 3).
But has also some grinding power thanks to Snapcaster and Gideon.
I'm not sure if black is the correct colour to splash for the discard. Maybe red would actually be better (also enables us to try out Glorious End, can somebody please confirm that it works with Angel's Grace?)
What do you think? I'm glad to get some feedback or suggestions!
Im still testing isochron scepter but it seems like an awesome card in this deck and can help you out grind any deck late game with great options like path to exile, opt , any of the pacts or angels grace.
with angels grace it can be a lock vs some decks and also a consistent enabler or if you have a gideon out stick any of the pacts under it and it kills a creature or makes a 4/4 every turn. super grindy card that has awesome synergy with our pacts.
i really like the low land count and all 3 cantrips (serum, slight and opt) to find the right combination of cards as fast as possible. with all the cantrips it helps make the deck a lot more consistent.
ive included in the mana base the blue white fast lands because gideon costs 3 they are perfect and we are fully online with 3 lands out.
also i have a fetchable red and black source for if you are in a tight spot and need to pay for the pacts full price.\
the combination of path to exile and slaughter pact make the removal in the deck really good full 4 paths for the deaths shadow matchup.
this is one of the most interesting decks to pilot its got high risk and reward plays and has some of the most insane nut draws possible heres an example of a play i made vs eldrazi tron
in my opening hand i had 3 pact of the titans a pact of negation and an angels grace a fastland and a serum visions . turn one im on the play i cast a serum visions so im tapped out. op plays tron land simian spirit guide into chalice for 1 on his turn . in response i counter it with pact of negation and cast 3 pact of the titans all while tapped out on his turn then i untap and cast angels on my upkeep and swing for 12 damage turn 2. this deck can be nuts. not to mention how good it feels to flashback pact of the titan with snapcaster or get an engine going with isochron scepter churning out 4/4s every turn.
such a blast to play.

Call the Gatewatch seems rather slow but it is one of the only options I've found.
Another option can be Perplex which isn't horrible as a spell.
Tolaria West can be used to find the Pacts.
Btw, here is a thread about the same idea - http://www.mtgsalvation.com/forums/the-game/modern/deck-creation-modern/775491-gideons-pacts

I think you maindeck 4 Angel's Grace in a deck like this.
