Doesnt cards like Slagstorm just kill your own BBE?
Aside from Pistallion's point above, slagstorm specificaly has two modes to choose from, one of which doesn't kill your own creatures (or any at all) when cast from hand.

4-0 at my local LGS, around 25 players on Tuesday night.
Field was predominantly GBx and UBx (people hyping over BBE+Lili or Jace+lili here it seems).
Quite a competitive store, but Tuesdays are no RPTQ.
BBE cascade targets recorded (10)
Blood Moon x 2
Stone Rain x 1
Molten Rain x 2
Lightning Bolt x 1
Ancient Grudge x 1
Arbor Elf x 2
Utopia Sprawl x 1
I resolved a turn-2 BBE twice, the first time into Molten Rain and the second into Arbor Elf. I won both games. The arbor elf let me curve t3-stormbreath t-4 monstrous so there was a silver lining.
I had one awkward moment against DnT where I cascaded into Blood Moon while having a stomping ground enchanted with a utopia sprawl. I had to elect not to cast. I lost that game very convincingly.
Dark Dwellers were strong but felt win-more perhaps.. There was a game against Abzan where I curved T2 Stone Rain in to T3 BBE+Molten Rain, into T4 Dark-Dwellers+Molten Rain. I feel like another Stormbreath would have been fine in this spot, but there were definitely plenty of targets for it in this shell so if it performs strongly then it could go up to 2 copies.
List as follows; Sorry for the formatting as I have no Computer currently and am forced to use my phone!

Ive cut all but two bolts and added some life gain creatures and its been pretty effective. Through 4 leagues so far I've had two 3-2s and 2 4-1s. I'm currently 2-0 in one right now with both wins coming against Burn. I'm considering cutting the other 2 bolts and adding 2 more Finks. Nissa has been great also when she comes down late and pumps all my creatures so I also may try moving Chandra to the side and runing a Second Nissa. If I go all creatures I will remove the Angers and add some ways to deal with flyers.
Here is my build so far, tested against BBE Jund yesterday, it was pretty good. Did some sideboard with Titan, he was a house against Jund. Stormbreath was also amazing. Somehow had Scavenging Ooze in the deck, so i must have been at 62 cards. Scooze was great. Not sure what I would take out for 2, but I want them. Maybe 1 Birds, 1 Courser? Or maybe Beast Within just isn't good enough.
I was wondering one thing lately: what if we cut Bolts and Slagstorms (in my case) and basically give up swarm creature decks alltogether in game 1 to focus on our primary gameplan (ramp->denial and value/bombs) and just board in 3x Anger in game 2 for those MUs? I found these burn cards to be just underwhelming in this deck more often than not. They make our game 1 hands weaker and reduce our busted starts.
Yeah, giving up swarm/aggro MU's is a viable way to build the main-deck. We would want to then construct the MD to have high %'s midrange and control (I don't think our Storm and Spell Combo MU's have current MD solutions outside trinisphere, which isn't viable in a MD with BBE).
If we give up on Bonfire of the Damned then I think this is probably the way to go. Cards like courser, scooze, and Finks then become premium to ensure we have some resiliency Vs. Aggro while maintaining good MU's with control and BGx.
I'm trying to find room for 2x Scooze and 1 more Courser in my MD. I would love Finks too but can't imagine where the space would come from for all that, even if I dropped Bolt. Bolt had been performing well for me so far though... I think a couple of games would have gone very differently for me last night had I not been able to bolt the Dark Confident or bolt the Lili after a -2.

@NoobKing - "Finks are pretty bad". Please explain? I am not running them but, objectively, Kitchen Finks is a good magic card.
They don't really play a part in what ponza is trying to do. They are a very midrangy grindy kind of card. Ponza wants to end the game quickly by denying our opponent their resources while we beat them in the face for 4+. Finks does not promote this kind of gameplay. I can see arguments to be made to play the card against burn, but in my experience, Trinisphere does this MUCH better. Finks is not a Ponza main deck card. Heck, you already play a "better" card in courser.

Finks are great in quite a few matchups; just wouldn't run them in the MB. Scooze are solid; Deathgorge Scavenger is another option that pulls its own weight. With BBE unbanned, Goyf is just pure value-town and too good not to play, but that price tag is an unfortunate cost-barrier.

It's a fair call that of you want your draws to be explosive then Finks doesn't fit the category. You've solidified my belief that between courser and Trinisphere I won't need Finks against burn.
I do feel Finks had a resiliency that courser doesn't, so that had to come in to consideration in metas full of fatal push and abrupt decay (we'll see how far Jund rises with BBE I guess).

Here's what I predict based on what I've been seeing develop.
Ponza has been upgrading their lists of 3 drops because of BBE. This favours slightly against Fatal push because they will need a permanent to have left the battlefield get it active.
We become, however, weaker to bolt since it hits a lot of guys.
So it's really a give or take situation. I personally am more rooted in the 4 drop slot (Hazoret, Chandra) but I wouldn't fault you for going closer to the monster version which has been seeing some success.
The one thing I think we can all agree with though is, that bonfire definitely no longer has a place in this deck. I have been advocating for its removal for a while now and I think we BBE being legal, that was its final nail in the coffin.
Goyfs are definitely nice and since Jace has been unbanned, we've been seeing an uptick in decks using them since fatal push has been replaced by bolt again. Things are kind of balancing out by themselves. Crazy to think that after 4 printings, the card is still 100$. I expect the same for Jace (for those who are hoping that M25 will bring its price tag down, I think that won't happen).
I still wonder how you guys can make Molten Rain work. Often this deck just can't produce double red on turn 2. I keep seeing lists with Molten Rain, but I would actually play Acid-Moss before I play Molten Rain, and even Acid Moss doesn't make the cut for me. My package is 4x Moon, 4x Stone Rain, 2x Beast Within and I think I would rather play a third Beast Within and/or 1 or 2 copies of Acid-Moss than play Molten Rain.
Molten rain is now played because of BBE. Can't BBE into acid moss. Sure the interaction of having a turn 2 MR may not always happen, but it's not a high cost. 3 mana is significantly less than 4 in a lot of games.
Extensive testing is still required but i have a feeling that AM will get retired because of BBE.
That's what I did. I cut Acid-Moss because of BBE. But I think the double red on turn 2 issue is a serious one. Molten Rain seems really clunky in a deck with 7-8 Forests.
For whatever it's worth, here's my updated list. I want to stress that I'm an advocate of they hyper aggressive version of Ponza. I hate durdling with this deck as I want to end the game asap (the more time you give your opponent, the likelier they are of getting out of the soft lock).
I'm tooling with the idea of cutting the stormbreaths for Anh-Crop Crasher. This would also allow me to cut a land. I would also likely play a 3rd Stomping Ground.
I think 4 mana should be the top end of the deck as it allows you to do multiple things per turn. It's rather unlikely that you'll ever get stuck with cards in hands too.
Why the crasher? Because of BBE. Flipping that guy on T3 and attacking for 6 through a blocker is dope.

I think if you are considering giving up a slot to Crasher then it would be better to take out Rhonas. Sure you can hit it with BBE but out of your list you would remove 1 of your only 6 targets to get him online naturally if you take out a Stormbreath.
I still wonder how you guys can make Molten Rain work. Often this deck just can't produce double red on turn 2. I keep seeing lists with Molten Rain, but I would actually play Acid-Moss before I play Molten Rain, and even Acid Moss doesn't make the cut for me. It is a risk, I don't doubt that, but with so many other turn three plays it's not a game breaker on the rare occasion it happens. If I draw Utopia Sprawl, I will generally name red. If I draw an Arbor Elf, then any Stomping Ground or sprawled forest I have is immediately two red sources. I run 8 fetches, allowing me generally to fetch into double red one way or another. 4 Elves, combined with 4 Sprawls, combined with 8 fetches and 4 red producing lands gives me 20 cards in the deck that are useful and I only need to see two of them - or 1 of 8 of them and 1 of any other land. Mathematically it's not off the table, plus it's not a huge step up from having 1 red source to having 2. Often I find I can make two red the moment I get access to red. Starting hand of 2 forest and a sprawl being the exception - but I would then be looking at other T2 plays to decide if the hand is going anywhere.
Molten Rain is still a card I'm experimenting with, so I reserve the option to withdraw my above analysis so far however it seems to fit in nicely. The deck doesn't exactly lack for Turn 2 plays meaning I am so far not missing out when unable to Molten Rain straight away.
Two different ponza versions made the 5-0 decklist posting for MTGO (both ran 4 BBE)- neither of these are mine but I wanted to share them here to start some more discussion:
This first version is more of a traditional list with the high end threats but with 4 molten rain in the mainboard for extra BBE hits.
The second is more of what I expect to see more in the future for ponza- lower to the ground, more aggressive version of the deck with overall less mana accelerants, slightly less high end threats, but a lot of built in resilience and grind potential with 4x tracker, 4x BBE, and 2x chandra.
This is starting to lean to more of a "G/R goodstuff" list than traditional ponza. It makes more sense to me because the power level of each card is much higher in a vacuum than old ponza lists- modern is a brutal, fast, and disruptive format, and having your deck still be able to function when things don't go completely according to plan is important. Durdling for too long also gives your opponent the opportunity to get back in games you should be winning. There's no doubt that ponza lists need to adapt to increase the amount of BBE hits, playing arguably the best 2 drop in the format is a good place to start- goyf. I'll be experimenting with something similar to this in the future and post some thoughts later on after I've gotten a lot of playtesting in.
