If you're having a problem with comboed Emrakuls, you could try 2-3 copies of Blind Obedience in the side. The extort adds up fast, pumps your Pridemates, and gives you a win-con besides attacking if something locks you out of combat.
Blind Obedience Doesn't protect you from Emrakul, if they cast him with tron they get another turn, or they can Gory's Vengeance/Through The Breach on your end step and not have to resolve the exile trigger until the end of their next turn. Kiki-Twin can get around it the same way.

Goryo's needs the Lightning Axe or Izzet Charm or Goryo's Vengeance on Emrakul doesn't do squat against Blind Obedience.
I think theyre really good, its just that soul sisters cant run 3-4 like the token decks can. I have been running 2 and its been a really good source of card advantage.
Its easy to turn on if you run 4 spectral processions

I wasn't so much referring to the hard-casting of Emrakul, but the Goryo's Vengeance/Through the Breach fact you pointed out is totally valid. It does make whoever plays that rely on instant-speed discard to make the combo work, though, as Lectrys pointed out. That said, without the ability to outright shut those tricks down, it's probably not worth the slot in the sideboard.
Kamenitza, what matches do you feel Thalia gives you a better shot in that's worth losing the Mindcensors?
Against Tron really my only answers are Stony Silence, Suppression Field, and Aven Mindcensor and even then its still a ridiculously hard match up. The second an Emrakul hits the field I have to scoop. I can Path the other big Eldrazi and Wurmcoil but the flying spaghetti monster just kills me. Karn is also a major problem and usually they have the mana to ignore my Field.
If I cant kill Karn fast enough or they drop Emrakul its pretty much game.
I know I have to deal with a Melira Pod deck this FNM which worries me enough, I hope I dont also have to face Tron.

Modern FNM at my local game store tonight. Going to be bringing this list with me. First time running it in a tournament. Any advice would be greatly, appreciated, especially on sideboarding. I'll post results later.

Working on building Sisters and I have a couple of questions. First, how does a singleton Sword of War and Peace/Sword of Light and Shadow work in this deck? I like Swords since they're a little bomb-y, and either offers lifegain, but perhaps Leviathan-sized Ajani's Pridemate and 6/6 Serra Ascendant are bomb enough.
Swords are both good. I dont use them so I cant really say how good they are. I would not rush Flagstones as with the new legend rule they kind of get worse.
For the Modern FNM at my local game store:
Round 1: vs. Melira Pod
I knew Melira was a bad match for this deck so I didn't really expect to win against it. Game 1 they didnt get a pod out but were able to Orzhov Pontiff away most of my board and then Abrupt Decayed my other Ascendants and Ajani's before Sigarda hit the field and without an answer in my deck I scooped. I did not know that Pod ran so much removal as they used at least 3 Decays.
Game 2 they had the nuts opening hand with all 3 combo pieces and gained infinite life on turn 4. My turn 1 Serras + 2 Turn Martyr did pretty much nothing.
0-1
Round 2: Bye
I really don't like byes as it means less play for me and if theres a tiebreaker for top 8 with me and someone else I automatically lose.
1-1
Round 3: Red Green Titans
Game 1 they got an early Inferno Titan and burned away all my creatures before I died to poison. I had to Path an Inkmoth to avoid lethal Wolf-run and didn't draw another to deal with Titan which eventually shut down my Ascendants so I couldnt even trade. My Auroik Champion did manage to block the Inferno for a while but I couldnt do anything against the Inkmoths. Whenever I tried to get out a flier they were burned down by the Titan.
Game 2 I Pathed 2 Prime Times but still died to the onslaught of 2 Inkmoths and an Inferno Titan despite sitting at 40 health.
I was honestly surprised that I never saw any Sad Robots as I knew they were running a few.
1-2
Round 4: Red Black Bombs
Their deck was pretty much build around gaining mana from Crypt Ghast to cast things like Desecration Demon and Mikaeus.
Game 1 got a turn 2 Auroik Champ into turn 3 Ajani's which 3 Sisters were able to turn into a 17/17
Game 2 My got a bunch of tokens, Hawks and an Honor of the Pure out. They hit me with an early Rakdos 2.0 (no Path T_T) and a Return for 8 and got hit by 3 Essence Harvests before I died when I still didnt draw into a Path
Game 3 Early pumped Ascendant brought them down low, a few Harvests prolonged the game but I spent most of the game around 38 life and won through double Ascendant and a Squadron Hawk.
2-2
Considering I never used my Aven Mindcensors Im probably going to move them back into the sideboard and return my Champions 2 and 3 to the main. I'm also planning on dropping 1 or 2 of the Hideaways for either another Ghost Quarter or a Basic. I need to adjust my sideboard a bit more though.
I did learn that against Pod, if they dont combo off its a fairly even match for this deck.
I regret not being able to play against Splintertwin, Robots, or Scapeshift as all of them were present at the FNM. Except for the Pod, all the decks I played against were rogue so it doesn't really help with match ups.

Instead of the other coming into play and getting 2 tapped plains you actually get to use mana.
It got much worse for landfall decks, and until Land Destruction becomes viable it's probably not better enough than running basic plains to justify the cost for mono-color decks like soul sisters.
So I am slowly getting in to modern and this is a great starter list. However I wanted to put a slight spin on it so I decided to make Sister Swords.
It's essentially all the same except I have made room for Swords.
Sword of Body and Mind also allows for sister triggers and just buffing out the deck.
Also I run a 2 off Gift of Orzhova. Thee allows our Pridemate to get over the top, makes Late-Start Serra Ascendants more useful. And again... Moreee triggerssss!
After losing a bunch of matches due to not drawing any of my Paths, I have to ask. Is their any other spot removal thats really good for this deck in Modern without splashing?
Reciprocate and Dispatch are instants costing W however Reciprocate, the creature has to have damaged you and Dispatch needs metalcraft to exile, else it just taps.
Celestial Flare which is supposed to be in M14 looks promising especially for getting rid of Hexproof creatures WW

"Target player sacrifices an attacking or blocking creature."
Only two so can think of are Unmake and Dismember. With the former being fairly unattractive at 3-CMC, and Dismember puts Ascendant far behind. Though I could see Dismember being a reasonable sideboard choice if Phyrexian Crusader is all over your meta.
Dismember wouldnt kill any of the things I went up against. I faced down Titans, Desecration Demons, and a Rakdos 2.0. Without a 6/6 Ascendant or Paths I was unable to deal with them. While I like Unmake, the mana cost is much higher than what Id want as a removal spell.
I died twice to lethal poison from Inkmoth Nexus. My Ghost Quarters help, but I didnt draw any of them. Im thinking of dropping Windbrisk Heights 3 and 4 for 2 more GQs.
Im hoping that Celestial Flare becomes a viable choice once printed in M14. Its more restrictive than something like Diabolic Edict as the creature sacrificed must be attacking or blocking but that can be used advantageously being a great combat trick.

On a more serious note, with this deck's weaknesses as they are, you pretty much have to make room for 2-3 Ghost Quarter.

The mana is fine for 3 if all your other sources are white.

Also, should I rush out and buy a set of Flagstones of Trokair?
