First off, welcome to the forums! Generally, it's better to post the deck here using deck tags. However, as you've a rather lovely description of your choices there, I'll address some issues I expect I see with your deck.
Number 1: You're mixing and matching two strategies and not well at all. Some of your choices, for example, want you to hit the long game, such as shrine of burning rage, curse of the pierced heart, and raging ravine while other cards such as stromkirk noble, lightning bolt, scab clan mauler, stormblood berserker, and skarrgan skulk really want the ultra fast early aggressive start. The majority of your deck is aggressive, the slower stuff needs to go!
You are running the three best aggressive bloodthirsters, no doubt about it. I'm not sure I approve of the one drop, however. He has synergy with pendlehaven, but you really want something stronger on t1. You mentioned no goblin guide, and while I think that is a mistake, it can be fine. I do highly recommend grim lavamancer, though. It re-uses your fetchlands and whatever amount of burn spells you have while providing additional reach or bloodthirst enabling on it's own. In addition, even if it doesn't survive, it does provide one giant target away from your main plan, bloodthirst aggro!
You run a ton of +1/+1 counter options and you are running volt charge (something I think should be dropped for incinerate, rift bolt, searing blaze, etc., by the way) You are NOT, however, running one of the cards that could speed your win up by several turns. Why no rage forger? He'd certainly be stronger than shrine of burning rage or the curse of the pierced heart.
On Volt charge: It is either win more or not at all (at worst it's 3 damage for 3 mana, which is terrible even in modern!). If you get it while your guys have counters on t3, which means, at most, you're going to have 2 guys on the field, most likely. a 1 drop and a 2 drop. so assuming that the one drop is stromkirk noble and the two drop is a 2 drop blood thirster, you get 5 damage for three mana, assuming no blocks. If it's only one blood thirsted guy, which is not that unlikely, you get 4 damage for three mana, which is terrible. If you've no countered anything, then you've managed to accomplish nothing, unfortunately!
You're a little low on good t2 enablers for bloodthirst. The only good one is stromkirk. Mogg fanatic would make an excellent t2 enabler, as would kird ape (he attacks well and you're playing fetch->stomping ground). Rift bolt is actually quite good for this, as it suspends on t1, allowing the t2 damage and blood thirst!
Otherwise, it's an interesting theme for sure. it has some potential with the maindeck twin hate (burning tree shaman kills them until they kill it) and generally good selection of cards. I would submit, however, that blood moon or magus of the moon would make better sideboard cards even if they cut you off from a color until you naturally draw your forest. The ability to lock tron out while you're beating down like crazy just can't be ignored.
For your artifact hate, consider ancient grudge, even over shattering spree. Spree is absolutely awesome. However, ancient grudge is an instant and used to see play over spree against affinity. It can make some very key plays early on!
this post is for my R/G Bloodthirst deck,
Most of the information for this deck is in the description

I'm looking for mainboard and sideboard suggestions and help.
Any constructive comments or suggestions are appreciated.
Thanks.
