I've been playing this deck for a week now, 4-5 matches a night, and I have to say it is pretty consistent. I've only lost 6 out of 28-35 matches. The losses are easier to remember as they were so few. Unfortunately, about ten matches weren't against tier 1 or 1.5 decks.
Tron serves to have been the most difficult match-up, maindeck, having Relic of Progenitus. But games 2 and 3 are more in my favor as I turn to Thoughtseize and Surgical after board, ripping apart their access to Tron lands( Surgical hits non-basics) and hitting their graveyard hate early(Thoughtseize). After sideboard America Midrange is most difficult but far from impossible.
Rest in Peace and the like are your biggest enemy but you are not without answers. It just so happens your answers outweigh their hate and your's can be played a turn sooner than most.
The idea is to drop a Shaman/Phantasm t1. Glimpse or trap if possible by t2 D. Shaman and Phantasm become active. Control the board/apply pressure with goyf backup while planning your Duskmantle Guildmage, midrange time, so you can Glimpse or Trap(P.t.E and Ghost Quarters assist the 0 cost for Trap) then activate Guildmage dealing 10-13 dmg. Mill is the secondary win-con. Well, here is the list...
Some notable cards I would like to playtest are....
Rain of Tears- sideboard against Tron, Tri-color or more decks, control."Oh, I noticed you didn't fetch for a land when I P.t.E./Ghost Q.'ed your creature/land for fear of Archive Trap. Well, let's try and lock you out for several turns."
Mind Funeral- sideboard against aggro heavy decks with lower land count/combo.
Raven's Crime/Life from the Loam combo- sideboard against control/combo but seems like it would be slow. But you can get your Ghost Quarter back and that seems really good.
Small Pox- sideboard- Just an immediate shutdown for so many decks in the early game but difficult as I would like to play creatures early if possible to gain maximum value after milling. Seems awkward.
Orzhov Charm- sideboard against heavy creature removal putting my 1 drops into play at the end of their turn after they kill them seems hilarious. Hello, Time Walk. Also extra removal or bounce my Goyf/Snaps toolbox.
Sword of Body and Mind- sideboard against green/blue creature heavy decks(if there are any n_n). Elves, maybe? America? Jund has a couple.
Twin Pod?
I'm sure there are many more but these cards seem the better choices at the moment. I've certainly thought about this for awhile, lol (I have no life). Feedback would be greatly appreciated. I have a Cockatrice account and would love to playtest. My name on Cockatrice is Simon Falco.

Snapcaster/Thought Scour- maindeck and sideboard for consistency.

Twin Pod?
Lingering Souls- Sword of Mill target
Maelstrom Pulse-just really good removal for whatever I can't normally deal with.
Eternal Witness- good against control. Increases consistency. Blocker cycle if I've got one in the grave and one in hand.
Cold-eyed Selkie- Sword of Mill wielder. Built in evasion.
Cephalid Constable- Sword of Mill target.
Vendilion Clique- solid disruption on a body that can wield a sword.
Jace, Memory Adept-fits the synergy, great against control. Slow...
