So I quest for a competive use for Master Transmuter In Modern for the key reason its cute. Plus I want a deck built around her but I don't know where to start.
I do know cards that are a must aside from the Transmuter.
I really like the look of this deck, I have been collecting he cards to build for some time now. It has a lot of type of game play that I like. The cards all interact in interesting ways. I notice that it hasn't been updated for New Phyrexia.

I don't think NPH has much to offer. After a (very) quick look through NPH, there are only three cards I'd consider:
If you're going to play this deck, why not just move it to Extended? It's not a great deck in the current Extended format, and it doesn't really gain anything from being in Modern format.
If it's supposed to be more just a casual johnny deck, I can see, but I can't imagine this being competitive. It's simply too fragile.

Could be pipe dream, but at the same time you never know. I want make this competitive so far giving Transmuter some boots does increase her durability a lot. Still its a work in progress.

Modern: UREsper MidrangeUR
This deck is far from being competitive. If you are really interested in tournament results, you shouldn't use Master Transmuter.
Anyway, I don't think boots are necessary. You can bounce your own Master Transmuter, use Sphinx Summoner to find another, play Sharuum the Hegemon to return a dead Transmuter to the battlefield etc. Lightning Greaves only makes the deck even more vulnerable to bad draws, IMHO.

I don't think NPH has much to offer. After a (very) quick look through NPH, there are only three cards I'd consider:
Phyrexian Metamorph
Spellskite
Unwinding Clock
Of those, I'd say that maybe only the Phyrexian Metamorph is worth using. He's blue (Grand Architect), an artifact (Master Transmuter) and versatile.
