This is really similar to some of the Thresh Lists in Legacy; in that there are some pretty explosive T2 plays that can happen; RWM Goyf and SFM can all come down on T2; all of which are fairly powerful cards.
Having Cryptic Mana up on T3 after dropping RWM or Goyf is generally rather powerful; and Mental Missteps protect your dudes from PTEs.
GSZ is there to make the deck incredibly consistent; There are essentially 10 T1 ramp spells; and 8 copies of Goyf in the deck that can be played on T2 after a T1 ramp spell. And again 8 copies of RWM exist in the deck on T3 after a T1 or T2 ramp spell. (I just wish it could search out my SFM)
Stoneforge Mystic seemed like a rather obvious choice for me; Equipment is powerful and she tutors for it; and then cheats it into play. As for her Equipment Package; Batterskull is simply a great card; it's a repeatable BSA that can cheated into play. Sword of FaF allows you to control the game at an insane level via untapping lands (which includes Dryad Arbor; so you can have a vigilant equipped blocker); Sword of WaP seems like it'll rip the Zoo match-up in half; Sword of Fire and Ice is repeatable removal and great CA. And all of the protection combos are more than relevant; and all the swords together cover all of the pie.
Sower is a card i've always liked; and I think it's good vs. any Hypergenesis decks that may crop up. But could easily be Jace TMS, instead;
This is the list I'll be testing first;
But here are some cards that I'm not using that could possibly make the cut;
-Jace, TMS/Preordain/Ponder; all of these cards are great at sculpting your hand and smoothing our your draws; and Jace has extra utility with his bouncing/scrying.
-Mirran Crusader is a house.
-Bant Charm provides artifact hate, creature protection and destruction.
-Squawks provide lots of CA; your first Squawk is essentially an Ancestral recall that draws you 3 1/1 Fliers. (he also pairs well with JTMS)
-Pridemage provides a tutourable artifact and enchantment destruction outlet as well as being a 3/3 on the attack as a 2 drop; and he also pumps up other attackers.
-Clique is amazing disruption; and a 3/1 Flier for 3 to boot.
-KoTR is a big beater. And provides the ability to have a Land-Toolbox; and is tutourable to boot. (I think using him to search up Ghost-Ways and Tectonic Edges will be the decks best answer vs. 12PostDrazi)
SB card choices (are quite lacking at the moment!);
Still being rather Tentative; this is what i have for possible choices so far
-Claim; cheap powerful Artifact hate; with a minor drawback
-Krosan Grip; slightly more expensive, more powerful artifact hate. With zero draw-back.
-Spell Snare; as suggest by bocephus; the format looks like it's going to be full of 2-drops. Powerful 2 drops. Such as SFM and Goyf. (I wouldn't be surprised if Bitterblossom and Spellstutter Sprites showed up in droves at some point or another either!)
Any comments, questions, concerns, and constructive criticism are more than welcome!
Your list looks real tight. What I have found is the amount of decent to good 2 drops in this format almost means you have to have a set of spell snare some where in your 75 if you are playing blue. Another card you might want to look at is Eternal witness. Also artifact removal of some sort is needed. Either Quasi pridemage or natures claim some where in the 75. Presonally I like the pridemage because its tutorable with GSZ and can be a pump if need be.

Thanks for the response! Depending on the amount of artifacts in the format (it looks like there will be quite a few...) I think Pridemage will end up taking the MB slot over Sower; (I really like that he's GSZ tutorable). Witness is a decent choice. And I think Spell Snare will definitely reside in my SB (playing your SFM on the play and then countering theirs with Spell Snare just sounds too mean to not have in available, yes?)
EDIT:
Edited OP to add your suggestions; as well as throw a few more things I've thought about on there; and add more to previous ideas.
