I have Sakura-Tribe Scout and Amulet of Vigor in play, and it is my turn.
Can I play bounceland A, tap it for 2 mana, and then in response to that, tap my STS to play bounceland B, returning bounceland A to hand before A must be bounced by itself?
I want to be sure.

Well, yes, but in the end, bounceland A's trigger will still require you to return another land to your hand. Bouncelands say "return a land", not "return target land". It's a bit like Tangle Wire/Smokestack in Legacy/Vintage.
