First, let me tell you that Loxodon Smiter is a house. Very powerful, can come on turn 2 and is excellent against both Jund and Delver/Tempo. Bloodbraid Elf is amazing of course. Funny enough, Tarmogoyf is one of the cards I would like to cut because of the same reason I removed the Knight of the Reliquary: anti-synergy with Deathrite Shaman, which is simply awesome with Kitchen Finks and Lightning Helix to gain back the life lost from lands.
I struggle mainly against Tron decks and sometimes combo if they are really fast.

combo would take thalia, guardian of thraben and tron? magus of the moon/blood moon should keep you alive long enough to smash them into oblivion. You've got a decent curve for them slowing down to be their death sentence.
