The obvious first thought when seeing this combo is, is what if someone bolts you or something like that in response to a Plunge or Ad Nauseam? Well, both Plunge and Nauseam can both dig for answers like Pact of Negation or Angel's Grace while bolt is on the stack.
The obvious second thought is that this deck looks similar to the Ad Nauseam + Lightning storm combo deck, but it's not. It varies in a lot of key ways. The Lightning storm deck plays more like a combo deck that consists of only cantrips, rituals and 15 slots dedicated to combo pieces (not counting pact). This deck runs a bunch of removal, discard and only has 10 slots dedicated to the combo (not counting pact or grace because you can win with Plunge and Near-Death.) Also, the good thing about having two combo pieces that draw and make you lose life is that you can use one to find a near death and win with the other. One trick you can do with Bob and tokens is to sac them to Plunge after paying entwine to gain 3+ life and essentially be able to dig 3+ more cards. Ad Nauseam + Angel's grace draws your whole deck at your eot. Then you play Near Death on your turn and save Pacts, Paths and Graces for protection.
In the future I might try taking out Ad Naseam to try a number of Lingering Souls because they stall games very well. Bob also may or may not be good yet due to the fact that he's the only creature so he'll eat removal, but I have to test it more to see if he's worth it or not.
Yeah it's a relatively slow deck, so i try to fit as much disruption as i can mb to slow the game down. I think the sb could also use more discard against combo/control decks where removal is useless. I just tried a few timely Reinforcements mb and they helped a lot to slow the game down and gain me some life I lost from fetches, bob and sign in blood. I'm thinking they definitely deserve a solid place in the mb. Maybe with some lingering souls too, i think this deck can definitely stall for a while against aggro.
One thing i forgot to mention is that if you need to, you can "kill" yourself with bob, thoughtsieze, fetches, ect if you have a grace in hand and a near death on the field or just let your opponent attack into you. And another ger trick against control is to hold a pact until you cast near death to counter their counter and win on your next upkeep before you have to pay for it and angels grace protects itself from counters. A 4th pact should come from the sb against control.
worship can also be used in a more creature oriented build.
Edit: just thought about spoils of the vault that can be used to fetch a combo piece or protection for one mana or can be used to kill you by naming a card that's not in the deck. Just not sure if you'd die by not finding a card or you'd just lose next turn by not beibg able to draw. Can anyone clear that up?

Grace doesn't stop life loss and doesn't put you back at 1 life if you're already below 1.

T7 you mean. Trigger doesn't even go on the stack if you don't have 1 life. Not enough time to play Plunge.

You'll die due to you having negative life.
You plunge on your opponents eot and win on your upkeep.
Damn I just checked, you're right. Grace only stops damage, not loss or paying life. Spoils doesn't work with it and neither does gracing and casting a thoughtsieze, Ad Nauseam or cracking a fetch.

No SB yet, but I see myself adding a ton of combo hate like Rule of Law, leyline of sancity, anti-aggro cards like Timely Reinforcements, ect. White has a lot of good SB cards.

The Near-Death trigger is at the upkeep so you would win.
Edit: actually just realized you would just go into negative life and die as a state based effect
Have you tested this, this seems like it'd be pretty fun to play.
