Come on, it *has* to be the Treefolk! thread surely?!

Go on. Give the gift of Wood for Christmas ktkenshinx!
Treefolk gets the nod over the other decks for a few reasons. First, it's actually a competitive deck (Apparently!) that won a fairly large event in a Delver and Burn saturated metagame. Second, it's a super cool and unique tribal design that players have probably been trying to work with since Lorwyn first came out. And finally, as Hypaspist so eloquently stated, it's got a great holiday theme going for it, and 'tis the season!
Feel free to start submitting decks for the January deck feature! Thanks to all who submitted for this round.
Alright so, we didn't have a lot of responses for this month's feature. The only nomination I saw linked to a post midway in a primer that is already in Established, so I dunno what that's about. So I'm just going to feature a deck that is both competitive and recently received a facelift and rewrite after almost 3 years.
The OP has done a great job of revamping this thread and primer for the current metagame, and a deck feature will give him the traffic that the deck deserves. Hopefully we get some more nominations for next month!
After me and my friends saw this deck in action in a local tournament we were hooked. When we weren't playing we were watching that deck do its thing. Half of my play group now has it built, and that deck has lead to more fun game in my play group than any other deck. I know it hasn't put up results, but at the tournament we saw it go 5-0-1, agianst a field that was nearly 40% Affinity, so it has to have something going for it.
Nic Fit is a disruptive green based deck that ramps into resilient threats that end the game quickly. A deck like this has yet to be fully explored in Modern until now. It has the unique ability to pressure an opponent on multiple fronts: an opponent's hand, life total, board presence and mana base. It is fun, interactive and flexible. Who cares about Siege Rhino when you get to play the OG Swagtusk alongside the Grave Father?
GW Changelings is an innovative tribal deck that wins on turn 4 unopposed the vast majority of games. In the current metagame, the decks sideboard is great, because Thalia heavily disrupts other linear aggro deck, particularly Burn and Infect who rely on instants and sorceries to finish the game, which forces the to turn their attention to our fast clock as not to die putting us in a winning position. Another great thing about this deck is it's unique play style, where all you need to do is figure out your creature sequences (for the most part). This deck is loads of fun and I am constantly updating it with new info, as I play test with it almost every day.

I second this. It is a very cool, interactive, fair deck.

No idea because my favorite decks keep getting banned or having the rules changed against them
Thought Birthing Pod's banning was the end of the fun for Kitchen Finks and his infinite life-gaining shenanigans? Well, I for one don't think so, and I've been brewing up a combo deck that hopes the days of Melira, Kitchen Finks and Murderous Redcap are only just beginning... What gave me this crazy idea? Well, Anafenza, Kin Tree Spirit acts as Melira, so the deck is surprisingly consistent even without Pod. Building a Podless Pod deck is the kind of creativity I think Featured Threads are all about.

I would like to nominate my Wr Sun Titan deck. It features a number of interesting interactions and combos/engines to operate on a few different levels, including an infinite life combo, tons of recurring value cards, and getting a hasty 9/7 as early as turn 3. The deck is primarily a fair value deck, with a few cute options to overwhelm other fair decks and race unfair decks. I think the idea has a ton of potential, and I believe it could be a real meta breaker with some feedback and help.
Have you ever wanted to use Collected company in Modern but couldn't come up with a deck? Look no further, as the Company of Abzan is here to accompany you into the format of Modern. This deck is a interesting take on Collected Company, and aims to use the card as a way to get ahead on the board rather then assemble a combo. The deck also has some nice synergy with Eternal Witness. I have clocked in about 400 matches with the deck after Collected Company was released, and I have had a lot of success playing it. I also like the fact that the deck is customizable with the creatures that you can get of Collected Company. I have had the thread open for a while and I hope to get a discussion going about the potentials of Collected Company as a value card. I really hope that the card will see more use in the format, since it has been really good from my personal testing.
