How do you guys feel about Olivia Voldaren? Been playing it as a one of and she has been pretty cool whenever she resolves. As long as you can dodge Bolt long enough to pump her up once, she can really control a board, and be a great finisher. 4 mana is a steep price to pay though. Worth it?

Not just the Tendo King, the power of the Galactic Leyline surpasses that of the Tempa Emperor, No!, It's magnificent power is even greater than that!
This is my most current list, but I'm always changing things around. I can't seem to find a set up I'm 100% on, but this has been running pretty smoothly.

This is where I'm sitting with much of this in the mail at this point and some events at the LGS in a few weeks. I've been play testing online and am comfortable with much of this, though I certainly dont have the experience I'm sure many of you have so please let me know what obvious failings I have.
1. No Scalding Tarn, I know it would be good to have, but I am predicting a reprint soon on those.
2. Too many 'cute' cards? Between the 7(9) cantrips, and Grixis Charm maybe I'm letting my eye's deviate from the goal a bit.
3. No Cryptic Command I will be picking it up, but hoping for a MM2 reprint. :]
@Hazanko, has Tar Pit been good for you? I also really like 4 Snapcaster, 2 seems light, perhaps play with the Twin creature count?

I was running 3 copies before Tas dropped. She is an absolute house.
It looks like it should still be good in the less all-in decks. It nearly Impulse, and Telling Time has seen play in Twin deck before. It is just a shame it doesn't dump the rest into your bin.
I am really hoping either the UB or BR command is useful for us.

In play: Jund Death Shadow, Grixis Control, Eldrazi Stompy, Ponza
In the yard: RUG Delver, Kiki-Chord, Grixis Twin, Mardu Control, Smallpox, Jeskai Control, Jeskai Delver, Assault Loam, Elves, Deathcloud, Eggs, Storm
Whelp both of the relevant commands for us have been spoiled. The UB command isn't really playable in modern barring some corner cases and the BR command strikes me as underwhelming, but it might be useful as a reverse Electrolyze with other options. What do you guys think?

I like BR command. Pick back up Snapcaster, drop 2 damage on something (+ 3 bolt = 5 the common 'high toughness' threshold) and most critically, it can kill a spellskite.
I am starting to come around on Kolaghan's Command the more I think about it. However would hesitate cutting Rakdos Charm for it in the sideboard. Rakdos Charm is a much more versatile sideboard card given it's ability to hate on artifacts and graveyards (and sometimes other Twin decks).
I think Kolaghan's Command lives and dies on whether it is good enough for the mainboard. That said, having main deck artifact hate might allow us to free up some slot in our SB for other cards.

I really like your deck Lord Hazanko, please don't mind my changes (they are for the worse probably!). This is what I was thinking though... The mana looks wrong though.

Kolaghan's Command is a house, imo. Def 1-of specially if running Teachings. It is so flexible and reliable!
I want; 2 Tasigurs, 3-4 Snapcaster, 3-4 Tarmogoyf. 3-4 Hand destruction (Inquisition is fine).
Is this possible or just too much going on? Snapcaster on either a counterspell, Inquisition, bolt seems pretty awesome.
