For your list, I would so something like this vs Ponza:
+1 Thoughtseize
+1 Grim Lavamancer
+1 Liliana, the Last Hope
+2 Collective Brutality
+3 Fulminator Mage
-2 Scavenging Ooze
-4 Liliana of the Veil
-2 Kolaghan's Command
I disagree on cutting LoTV and bringing in Fulminator. In cases where you don't get turn 2 BMed LoTV can singlehandedly win the game. Fulminator does absolutely nothing in that matchup.
You don't want to add last hope against ponza. You don't want to overdo it with double black spells.
You don't board out lotv. You can rip their hand apart of kill their fatties
I may keep in some k command but delvers plan is solid
Also, grim lavamancer is awesome against dredge. It can kill stink weed if they keep trying to reccur him to block your threats
I was uncertain about Grim vs Dredge, but it may be correct to cut a terminate for it, its recurable removal after all. So I think you are right about that.
How hard of a time do we have with the Ponza MU? I'm still waiting on the last few cards to come in the mail before I sleeve up Jund again (I'm so ****ing excited) and I haven't played it in years (as in, not since Deathrite Shaman, BBE, Lingering Souls, Thundermaw Hellkite nonsense), so I'm just not really sure. I ask because I'm wondering if Back to Nature should be a consideration? I used to play it back when Bogles was the hot new thing on the block and it worked really well. Easy to cast and cheap enough that even hitting one problematic enchantment is fine. It's decent against quite a few decks, completely wrecks a couple of others, and seems like a really solid option against Ponza. I'm sure it's meta dependent, but I'd like to hear you guy's thoughts on the card.

If they have turn 2 BM they sometimes get us. But other times we just cast a discard spell into Tarmogoyf and win (they cant really remove it efficiently).
Thats my plan A. Either kill their dork turn 1 (if they have one) or cast discard turn 1, followed by a goyf turn 2. If you then get to stick a LoTV also, you are in a pretty good spot. All you gotta do is prevent BM hitting the BF before you got those things going.
If you have Goyf + Lili on board and they land a BM, screwing you, the next thing you gotta watch is Inferno Titan/Stormbreath. But the Ponza matchup should be better now than before, since we got all our Bolts again, other than before.

Thanks for the speedy response! That makes me feel better. I just tried to find a slot in my SB for Back to Nature and couldn't for the life of me. There's enough Ponza in my local meta (I only play paper Magic, with Cockatrice being the exception) that I have to be mindful of it. But what you said makes sense. Thanks again!

If your meta is full of it, then its not wrong to consider your tech. Remember that Jund is highly customizable and needs to be adjusted accordingly. So dont feel discouraged to run unpopular cards IF you have a good enough reason for it!
Also, after sideboard, old-school Ponza decks used to bring in Obstinate Baloth. I think most of them have cut it now, but I don't know what they're average 75 looks like now. It only mattered while using +1 on Liliana of the Veil.

It seems people are more heading towards Coursers and Tireless Trackers now which can be hit by BBE.
-When he was attacking with 2 BBE and the opppnent blocked with a creeping tar pit, why didn’t he let a BBE die and then return it with KC?
He pretty much explained it in the video. The opponent had 2 cards in hand at that point, and he wanted to make him discard those 2 cards with KCommand and Lili. As soon as the opponent played Bolt on one BBE, there was only 1 card left in the hand of the opponent which means KCommand could use other modes. Killing a creature and saving one own creature makes more sense than letting BBE just trade and deal 2 dmg to the face. That way you don't reuse BBE, but you just save her as a creature and get back Bob, which is essentially making the KCommand more valuable. Its 2 dmg to the face and recur BBE vs. Kill tarpit and recur Bob. The latter is more value with KCommand.
One thing he could have considered though was to let BBE trade with tarpit and then in the drawstep of the opponent discard + recur.
Anyone notice the 1-of Mountain in his list? I saw so many freaking Field of Ruin in that video . Scary that card is everywhere, it has become like the Wasteland of Modern lol.

What's your opinions on Boil and Choke now that blue is everywhere on MTGO? More on Choke cuz fits into cascade
Unless I see that we cannot beat Jace decks consistantly and Jace decks are vastly present in the format going onward, I am not gonna reach to these cards.
I don't mean to be rude and it's not meant to come off aggressive, but your blue players are probably better than you. I've been winning a majority of the blue matchups. This has very much come down to a skill matchup that's somewhere close to 50 50, maybe -5.
Temur is going to dump on us. They're nothing but value. Goyfs, av,jace. The issue with temur is that I don't see how it ever beats unfair decks. The deck seems fantastic if you're walking in a room of fair players.
Grixis control could be a problem when a shell becomes solved. I still don't think it's too bad for us. The only time grixis control ever felt unbeatable was when they played av and dwellers at the expense of being bad against a ton of the format.
Choke is not a good card. There's a lot of lands that aren't islands.
Boil is 4 mana and will countered. This will not be playable without discard in hand.
Thrun is the only really acceptable hate card, but truthfully the sideboard is so tight and this matchup is so close it feels like a waste, especially because I think junds sideboard became a lot less flexible due to the main deck overhaul

Doesn't this seem loose? I know Reid's one of the best players in the world...but I'm having trouble getting on board with this one.
Some people on Facebook are saying it's Reid so he's probably right. How's everyone else feeling about it?
