I'm surprised no one's started a thread on this deck yet; it looks like it may be powerful in block.
Geeze, someone always says that about White Weenie huh?
Here are the cards from Betrayers that made me want to give this deck a chance.
Hokori, Dust Drinker - Winter Orb ability, works especially well against other aggro decks especially in conjunction with a certain Champions card...
Terashi's Verdict - It's no STP, but it still looks pretty good in construct.
Umezawa's Jitte - Its a complete BOMB in limited, and it may be able to do some work in constructed (Just like Kumano, Meloku, and South Kodama, eh?). It's efficient, self-refueling removal, stalling, and a win condition all rolled into one. It does need testing, but I think it looks good now.
// Creatures
4 [CHK] Isamaru, Hound of Konda
3 [CHK] Eight-and-a-Half-Tails
4 [CHK] Samurai of the Pale Curtain
4 [CHK] Kitsune Riftwalker
4 [BOK] Kami of False Hope
4 [CHK] Kami of Ancient Law
3 [BOK] Hokori, Dust Drinker
I like i t quite a bit, except i think you should make room for a few shingn shoals, and the kitsune riftwalkers seem too slow.I dont like them, they may be a neccessary evil though, I guess we will see.

Try adding something to either pump your guys, or something with more than 2 toughness. the entire principle behind ww is to have your guys start out small, but grow fast quickly. currently, hideous laughter tears you a new one

It needs work, but this deck could be a great choice in block.
I think since this is an aggro deck you don't need the prison/hokori they only subtract from the idea of the deck, beat hard beat fast. I suggestgetting rid of the prison for Shining Shoal, and Hokori for Hikari Twilight Gaurdian (it's bigger and if you add more arcane you can save it from kill).
In your build you've got 3 8.5 and 3 Hokori, why not run Konda's Banner? Yes it can help you opponent if he's playing a white deck, but you then have the option of which Legand to drop it on.
i would only run 3 isamaru and maybe you could run lantern kamis and a few more spirits, running with long forgotten gohei and then the white flip guy, and the shining shoal should not be in WW in block, shining shoal is amazing but you should not have a whole lot of mana and you should not have anything bigger than 3 or 4 to dump. Shining shoal shines in W/X control.
