Okay this deck is what I have been testing with and as I don't have much time for block right now was wondering if some other people could perhaps look at it build it play it and give me any helping hints. and if this deck is already here sry MODs but I looked and didn't see it.
This is still rough draft and my SB is in the process but the deck is testing very well.
The SB is looking like mindblazes and wear aways at th moment but any help would be apriciated. It runs smooth but has a hard time dealing with pinpoint creatures. I am thinking about possibly Putting in Ghost lit Raiders for the channel and the ability is great against WW and such. Any comments are welcome. Also I ran it with the Dland and it seems to be just a colorless land cause unless im in the late game i cant afford to lose that land for a turn. And in late game i have all the mana needed. I see this deck doing very well because in my testing It has posted well against sui black and aggro black with enough chump blockers in the early game to hold out til later and jiwara usually = game. The deck that it really seems to have problems with is the myojin control at the moment but more may pop up during Testing.
ok i was thinking along those lines but wasnt sure i i could spare not to draw into jitte
but the hearth kami was probably going to go in the time of need is kinda random because alot of times u draw into it and dsont need two or three of them. But ill do more testing there. How about Ghost lit raiders good or bad in here?

Ok but The Thoughts of Ruin I am now thinking of SB because against alot of decks i.e. WW and MBA they are dead draws and are really only used against Myojin Control and Gifts. I alos have the maul in there becasue it costs less most of the time I don not have the mana to do fang plus chumps jump in the way of it. But I do like fang in there for the creature. maybe replace 1 jitte with 1 fang? Also no jiwari cant go down in numbers jiwari fourth turn is a game saver and the ability to regen isao usually spells game for sui black. Anyway Kumano was kinda a random add and can be helpful but usually i find that by time i time of need for him hes just a win more card so he may get dropped. Probably for another isao hes so rediculous in this deck. Synergy with everything. Also i added 1 more hearth kami and took out a sustainer. And i will probably take out kumano for the fourth time of need. Not posotive yet.....

Ghost-Lit Raider is very very good. Like really good. Against WW you cast him. Against Hand you channel him. He kills a lot of things deck like Meloku and such. First off, 4 Godo is not bad. In the aggro match he is Uktabi Orangutan. In the control match he gets Fang and smashes. Sometimes he fetched Jitte and lets you just mess up your opponent. You also might to consider Ryusei. He is actually quite good. Against WW he stops their air force and you can even wrath their team when they deal with the scrouge of the sky. You also need 1 Shinka, the Bloodsoaked Keep and 1 Okina, Temple to the Grandfathers.
You probably need more Kodama of the North Tree. In testing (B/G, mind you), I've found this card super hot. And I've found Isao, Enlightened Bushi to be anything but golden. Problem is that he dies to a single Jitte counter.
Maybe... I still see this having trouble with Gifts decks, which is why I thought that Flame should be Pithing Needle, but then it would probably have trouble with aggro decks thanks to a lack of targetted instant speed removal.
I like but flames are not exactaly up my curve at the moment. I really need a third turn reach at all possible and flame just usually sits in hand(i started with it in)
But yes the Isao is venerable but soooo goood if hes not jitted and if you get him out with godo its rediculous. The deck yes as u said has trouble with Gifts but I see much more aggro than gifts. So far im like a 60-70 percent win its not bad but needs help for sure.
What is everyones opinion on pithing vs raider? I like raider due to the fact that hes tight against the sui or aggro match but pithing are reall nice to have vs gifts like i said i see more aggro but is there a "middle of the road" card im missing?
