You could say that this plays like a basic UR arcane deck except that the finisher is through the breach. Usually I want to dig on turns 2, 3, and if possible through the breach on t4. It's not unheard of to kill on turn 3 (god hand, obviously). Of course, this deck is still rough and that's why I'm posting it here.

How to get a T3 kill on the play starting with a six card hand
T1: Mountain, pass (20)
T2: Mountain, pass (20)
T3: Mountain, Desperate Ritual (RRR), Desperate Ritual (RRRR), Tap mountain for red (RRRRR), Through the Breach, put Kokusho into play, Blazing Shoal pitching Myojin of Infinite Rage. Attack with 15/5 Kokusho (5). EOT kokusho goes to yard (0).
Edit: Lol at the thread title. I meant "breach" not "breech". I definitely don't want to be going through other people's breech's anyhow.
I really dislike those CoK slow lands. I would replace them with the ZEN life gain lands. Sure they come into play tapped, but you don't have to have that "does not untap" clause every time you want colored mana. Or there are the Alara tri lands.

I really dislike those CoK slow lands. I would replace them with the ZEN life gain lands. Sure they come into play tapped, but you don't have to have that "does not untap" clause every time you want colored mana.
I agree that the CHK duals are some of the most irritating ever printed...
I guess that's just a cross we have to bear.

One thing in testing I've found is that I usually have one too many Through the Breach targets in my hand. I am considering cutting a hidetsugu for another Peer through Depths.
