I am fairly new to pauper, but I have below a deck I am going to try out at some locals in a few weeks. I have playtested it a little on tappedout vs some common decks (mono-u delver, burn, mbc, etc.) and it seems to have some solid matchups sometimes. If you have any critique let me know!
I'd maybe drop the Lumberjacks and add in 2 more Llanowar Elves, 1 more Stone Rain and 1 more Frenzied Tilling(?). I know the Lumberjack helps in the early casting of the Eldrazis, but you won't lose a Forest in doing so. Anyway, nice deck!

The Lumberjacks are extremely versatile, in the way it lets me play a turn 2 Acid Moss, and keep the same number of lands out (t1 Mountain Lumberjack, T2 Forest, tap forest and Lumberjack, play Acid Moss, get another Forest, setup for more mana ramp next turn etc.) Plus, it really helps get out the big threats way faster when you can get every Forest you play to turn into a red/green Black Lotus.
Are you playing MTGO only or are all commons acceptable?
All commons acceptable, using MTGO banlist. So yes, stuff like Sinkhole and Hymn are legal. This is just a test deck since I kind already had all the cards laying around and it wasn't too hard to get to be somewhat consistent.
In terms of ramp, you could maximize your chances of getting to 4 mana on turn 2 by adding Wild Growth. It's still ramp by itself, but it works like Utopia Sprawl 5-8.
One of the oldest forms of Ponza was called Machine Head (from 1994) and was JUND colors. Traditionally pauper Ponza is Gruul because blacks land destruction is less approachable, but if you have sinkhole you can run black and get the same effect. So Golgari colors might be better.
Basically lets you turn 1 kill a land (dark ritual into land destruction), goal is to stick an angler and a pestilence and keep them off lands while you beat down. Amounts of individual cards can vary, but the basic premise seems sound and would be faster.

I think Anarchist is too slow; just add land destruction spells instead of putting him in. Just my two cents.
