I have started to playtest decks to deal with the current metagame last week and have uploaded videos on Youtube on the 5 decks that I'm considering playing in this tourney.
So far I'm up to day 4, tomorrow I'll upload the 5th deck, but until then I got excited about the build you will see below since it got me many wins in unranked and I think it's quite a contender for the upcoming tourney.
The metagame in standard is chock full of creature decks, combo decks with very few control/counter decks, so a deck that is build to destroy creatures and lands to slow down the opponent should do well.
I went up to playing 25 lands because this deck doesn't want to miss the first 4 land drops because we will need to wipe the board on turn 4. We are also running a playset of angrath's rampage to deal with creatures that come out early, and also any pesky planeswalkers such as Teferi.
The deck finishes by attacking with Gyruda, Rankle, Rakdos or just by making multiple Chandra emblems.
This deck loves to kill creatures, and in this format, that's a good thing. The land destruction comes into play against deck that are getting mana screwed in arena, or overall slower decks that look to build and control the midgame with fires of invention.
If this deck breaks the metagame, remember you saw it here first!!!
Here's a link to the previous version of this deck before I fully tuned it, you can see how it plays before the latest changes: https://youtu.be/cgHiIIH-c1g
Please check it out in Arena and let me know what you think, I'm looking forward to taking this all the way in BO1 on Saturday!
The only thing i would suggest is not playing unranked with decks you want to be competitive. In unranked you constantly run into jank decks that seemingly work with nut cards - so they either lose with a bad hand, or win when they get the cards they need. %wins is usually 45-55% and so they don't get played in ranked often.

It's been a minute since I last posted an original decklist in the forums, but here I am looking to break the metagame again.
So, as you may know, there will be an open tournament on Arena coming up on May 30th.
You can see the details of this tourney here: https://magic.wizards.com/en/articles/archive/arena-open-terms-and-conditions-2020-05-19

Without further ado, I give you:
1 Gyruda, Doom of Depths
Deck
9 Mountain
6 Swamp
1 Castle Locthwain
3 Fabled Passage
4 Blood Crypt
2 Temple of Malice
4 Angrath's Rampage
4 Demolish
4 Rubble Reading
3 Rankle, Master of Pranks
3 Gyruda, Doom of Depths
3 Fires of Invention
2 Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger
4 Storm's Wrath
4 Ritual of Soot
2 Chandra, Awakened Inferno
1 Repeated Reverberation
2 Rakdos, the Showstopper
1 Gyruda, Doom of Depths
There's no sideboard because this deck was designed for the BO1 match ups.
It seeks to survive past the 4th turn by running a lot of creature removal in both a full playset of ritual of soot and storm's wrath.
Almost every card except for our land destruction cards and repeated reverberation kill creatures in some way.
Rakdos, the showstopper is there to kill creatures as well as being a good finisher, also he doesn't affect Gyruda, doom of depths because it's a demon.
