So I was going to make this a merfolk-variant with Mirror Entity, and then I realized that if you evoke a creature into play with Bloom Tender on the table, you might be able to tap Bloom Tender for an additional mana. This is intriguing, so here is the new concept. Using Lark in this build makes some sense.
I call this the Colbert bump because just like the guests that appear on the Colbert Report, every time a creature is evoked or played, the Bloom Tender might get a little "bump."
