I've been playing numerous variations of FoD and Bloom Tender for awhile, generally including Mulldrifter. Now though, we have on-color goodness to pull the deck together into a serious threat. So this week, I'm bringing Balefire Liege to the party. Without further ado, here is Bloomfire.
The experiment I'm most looking forward to is Realm Razer, because Boom/Bust has never made the cut into the deck even though there were games I wish I had it. Now here is Bust on a body for 1 less mana and this deck will try it. I might find a way to squeeze Unwilling Recruit in before next week.
One thing I do know is that this will be noticeably faster because of few CiPT lands compared to my previous decks, which were flawed but still did reasonably well.
For reference, here is the history of my FoD/Bloom Tender deck.
I started with a Deathbringer Liege theme, then I tried BB/Mistbind Clique with Thunderblust. Both of these were ok, not spectacular. The Deathbringer version did a great job of doing 18-19 damage and wasn't good enough to beat RDW, and the Faerie version almost felt like a bad combo deck that won more often than it should, though it only lost to a Martyr deck, just about every other matchup was very close but I could usually, barely, pull out the victory. Basically my rules for the deck have been anything 5-color goodness with FoD and Bloom Tender as the basis, and usually looks a bit too much like Quick 'n Toast. The current pre-Alara version is below.

4 Bloom Tender
4 Woolly Thoctar
