And as for the synergy. Imo i think elves themselves have synergy. while peraps MotWH and Stomper don't, they are there as finishers, and in bone_doc's build its just elves. Every elf we play helps out for either archdruid or nissa revane.
There are a few people on the thread who do run the red version for Bloodbraid awesomeness, and for the removal it affords. You're right some are pretty meh about splashing colors but I think it's useful. Green has its limitations; fortunately, MotWH is terrific for green removal. Anyway, BBE into Archdruid is really nice
We cant discuss. It is in WWK and if we discuss it they ay shut down this thread. I happen to like it so lets leave out anthing that will get us infracted for now lol. We were already warned once, lets just stick to currently active cards for now.

Post WWK ill be -2 visionary -2 burst Lightning, + 4 for that special elf man
The deck stomps face in so hard its not even funny, and it just gets even sillier after WWK when you can attack with 3 or 4 6/6 or better elves on turn 4. I can see us being tier 1 easy.
tonight:
loss
1-2 boros
Wins
2-0 bant,
2-0 UWr Control
2-1 Vamps.
Bloodquake first, boros second, Me third. Not to bad.

If you are into Overrun, then:
-1 Burt Lightning
+1 Overrun
You really won't need a third Lightning, especially with 2 Overrun
AngelWolf17: If Boros Bushwhacker is an issue, then Sarkhan Vol may be of use in the side board; it can, two turns after it is cast, create a defense that Goblin Bushwhacker and Steppe Lynx can not defeat.
On a side note, what caused the loss in the Vampire match up?
I wa there (I was the Bloodquake) it was standard Vamp build she just had a GoD hand and played out pretty heavily in the air and gained life like no other

I run a R/G Eldrazi deck, so I don't know if it really fits here though. I went 6-0 last week at FNM, beating a bad deck, a vamp deck, a white weenies, and an esper crypt combo. Then in top 4, I beat a jund and beat that same white weenies again.
This week I went 3-0-1 in the 1st 4 rounds. Beating Bant Mill, B/R Vamps, and Jund. I tied U/W control but I think I might have had the last game. It was 1-1-1. On turn 4 (of the 5 turns after time), He was swinging for lethal with an elsepeth token with the +3/+3 and a sphinx, but I windstormed for 5.
In the top 4, I lost to an eldrazi green running cards such as might of the oaks...
Are u sure it's worth using up a spot on? It seems like if you are running 3-4 of that R/G Land (names anyone? lol) and 2-4 Terra, then you would want a way to get it early... and that's not always a given...
Think about it: You will need to get it in the opening hand to prevent dead cards. That means that you will need to max them for consistency, just creating dead Cascades and draws later on. Not to mention it will take up a War Elves/Birds turn D:
Fun combo would be that new Vastwood Animist plus Lightning Bolt. You now have land destruction, a possible extra creature to swing with / sac to Eldrazi, and an elf to boost Archdruid and Nissa all in one little card.

This decklist has won me mostly 2nd place at FNM and the occasional 1st place. My losses were mainly against rogue decks and not jund or vampires (which i found to be fairly easy matchups).
I recommend taking out Burst Lightnings because they are horrible to cascade into, and Chandra Nalaar does the same job without the drawback. I tested Sarkon Vol in my previous attempts to edit my deck, yet i always felt that i would much rather play Nissa Revane, Garruk Wildspeaker, or Master of the Wild Hunt in its place. Also, it is a horrible topdeck late game from my experiences, while the other cards as mentioned, are not.

4x Elvish Visionary
4x Elvish Archdruid
4x Bloodbraid Elf
2x Master of the Wild Hunt

I found the my answer for any large creature (Baneslayer Angel, Malakir Bloodwitch, Vampire Nocturnus, etc) was Chandra Nalaar.
