I forgot to explain why the traumatize are not working. The main plan of that type of deck is to end it as soon as possible, you will obviously thrown most of your mill cards at your opponent's face. If you do so, traumatize will get less effective as time goes, 5 for 20card is great, 5 for 10card is bad. It is also a bad top-deck as it can't kill your opponent directly.
Your deck also requires some draw engine other then Jace.
I would suggest Spreading Seas. Pair that with Thada Adel, Inquisitor for some forced shuffle so you can blast your opponent with the Traps...just a thought.
I believe Thada Adel doesn't work with Archive Trap as the trap says ''If an opponent searched his or her library this turn'' and in this case you searched into his or her library, not himself.

Yeah it wouldn't work... but do you think a Seas aspect would work?
4 Hedron Crab
4 Wall of Denial
3 Ranger of Eos
2 Perimeter Captain
Spells: 23
4 Archive Trap
4 Path to Exile
4 Tome Scour
3 Negate
3 Twincast
2 Elspeth, Knight-Errant
2 Jace Beleren
1 Day of Judgment
6 Island
6 Plains
4 Glacial Fortress
4 Scalding Tarn
4 Arid Mesa
4 Flashfreeze
3 Celestial Purge
3 Brave the Elements
3 Unsummon
2 Perimeter Captain
So pretty much the backbone here is Hedron and Archive Traps.

I know he's another ranger target, how is he in testing?
Have you considered Memory Erosion?
archive trap twincast seems downright brutal
