Well, I guess if the people want it, the people get it...
The Cube will now have an additional twenty slots. These will contain the ten Beta duals and the ten Ravnica block duals.
The ten Karoos and five fetchlands will NOT be given free passes. You will need to nominate and vote for these...

Can I suggest we have an inclusion of two full cycles of 10 duals, and that we vote on which ones to include. It would be between the original duals, painlands, Ravnica duals, Ravnica Karoos, and anything else I'm forgetting.

Not much point - the one's Shepherd's nominated are clearly the best option from the perspective of providing straightforward two colour mana fixing.
Any other effects we might want (such as the bouncelands or fetchlands) we can just vote in ourselves.
Personally I think we don't necessarily want all ten bouncelands because some are more useful than others. They're certainly good, but then so are things like cycling lands and we don't have room for everything.

Karoos are way better than rav duals in draft, and onslaught fetches are better than alpha/beta duals. So I don't know what you are talking about =P

Considering that even in Ravnica block the bouncelands would sometimes get you crushed by tempo loss I'm surprised that's the case. But fair enough, I can see how the card advantage aspect would be strong.
