In my spare time at work, I often read through magic cards to put in my cube.
So I decided, why not make a list of all artifact cards and then thin it out to a reasonable amount for cube. So I IRC'd to the judge channel (#mtgjudge), where they have a bot (Datatog) with all the cards in oracle text and started reading and pasting.
(btw, I already did the 2 color multicolor cards here)

I think Lotus Petal and Ivory Tower are great in a Cube. The Petal can be serious acceleration and gives aggro some game if they get it early (Go t1 Slith Firewalker). Additionally, it can also raise a storm count and fix mana for a turn.
K, read through your first list, and I would remove these cards in addition:
-Aether Vial: not at all great in cubes, I know alot of my friends have already cut this, since you can't reliably get out cards with it, you probably will use it, what once or twice every game, and have to wait like 3-5 turns to use it?
-Forcefield: 1 unblocked damage? When your cube opponent will be regularly swinging with creatures the size of Arc-Slogger, 1 unblocked damage seems so....underwhelming.
-Basalt Monolith: well, you do have all the other artifact mana acceleration, but I found unless you also plann on regularly hardcasting Darksteel Colossus, then too much redundancy isn't a good thing. This is probably the weakest of the bunch, as I would personally take Worned Powerstone over him.
-Walking Archive: it's just too weak when you have like Mindslaver and stuff in your cube.
-Bargaining Table: Candles of Leng is much better, since in cubes, you'll almost never see multiples unless its a basic lands, and you can probably draft 5+ nonbasics easily anyway, so it becomes 2 mana to cast, 4 mana to draw a card. Bargaining Table will often cost you 3-5 mana to activate, and that's hardly good when compared to your other cards.
-Eon Hub + Draco: These are purely combo enablers. If you have Erratic Explosion and some other things that are taking advantage of these cards, then by all means, otherwise, they are kinda bad by themselves. Eon Hub also doesn't do a good job at hosing upkeep effects, because it often comes in too late.
I would keep the Transreliquat since you have the Time Vault, and 2 cards infinite turn combo is very nice in cubes.
From your other list, with stuff that you took out or don't have, I would suggest these things if you can get them, I know some are pricy, but they are very good:
-Cursed Scroll: repeatable, artifact damage, kills all those annoying protection creatures that white has.
-Aether Spellbomb: this is arguably more powerful than the Pyrite one, why is it cut? It can bounce your own stuff after combat and lets your reuse CIP abilities, and it can be used as a tempo card, or deal with stuff that has protection. Trinket Mage also finds this quite easily, and Trinket Mage is almost an auto include in all cubes.
-Powder Keg: this blows up tokens, plain and simple, and yeah, it occasionally blow up other things as well, but I haven't used it many other ways other than blowing up all sorts of goblins, saprolings and wurms.
-Bosium Strip: this card is great! How is this weak? The ability to re-use cards in your graveyard is awesome when the cards are Wrath of God's quality. Used up your Terminate? No problem! Do it again for just 3 more mana. I think this is probably one of the most underrated cards in cubes, yet it consistently performs well.
-Metalworker: accelerate in more fat?
-Grid Monitor: replaced Steel Golem, that's about it.
-Mindless Automaton: great in alot of archetypes, be they reanimator, or just pure control, the ability to filter lands and draw cards is pretty good. Though it would probably be one of the last cards I would include, but I would definitely play this over Walking Archive.
-Bottle Cloister: this is actually an aggressive card, and it basically is a one-sided howling mine in archetypes like R/W or R/G aggro. I like it, but I can see why you might not want to include it.
-The Kaldra series: they are cool, and I've tried numerous times to piece together Kaldra, but I have never done so, sigh...They aren't that powerful, so you don't need to include it if your cube is going to be all about the craziness.
-Mirror Universe: with some many pay life-draw cards effects, Mirror Universe is great. Though it costs like $50 to get one.
Though this is just a rough estimate, it really depends on what cards you have in your cube that aren't artifacts. I mean, if you don't have Tinker or something, then Darksteel Colossus becomes infinitely weaker. And if you don't have a strong suit of artifact hate like Shattering Spree or Rack and Ruin, then you might want to tone down the power levels of your artifacts.
I would also put in all the signets at least, they are pretty much crucial to a good cube, as they allow alot of multicolour shenanigans. Talismans are good too, though there are only 5 talismans and 10 signets, so you might want to balance the colour combinations a bit more.

Spoilers are nice, but couldn't you put this into a more readable format? Perhaps seperate the cards by function or cost or something. 110 cards is a lot and it's kind of tough to read what you've got there.
Especially without cardlinks, bolded titles, and line breaks.
Chromatic Star : you're right, but I like the option of not wasting a card when sacing to Tinker it's a good card, but perhaps not top 100 worthy.
Pithing Needle:yes it can only stop one ability, you say that as if that seems an insignificant number meaning there are usually more, that stresses its usefullness. You really want to be able to shut down a manland or Planeswalker, both card for which there is hate, but less than creatures.
Medallion cycle: I don't even own them yet, so I haven't tested them. I included them sort of last minute.
Pentad Prism, ah, but did you ever play the card. It fixes to 4 colors turn 3, not only that, if you drop a land you have 5 mana turn 3, without other stuff in account. I simply like this card. Top 100, well, maybe ..
Mizzium Transreliquat: this thing is damn good + game winning combo with Time Vault, it's staying
Steel Golem : yeah, not that good ..
Junktroller : it hates flashback cards, that and it can block calciderm and live. I don't see what's NOT good about it.
Living Wall : I haven't got the card yet, but I have the feeling this is exactly the card blue mages need. They need a free solid blocker so they can keep their mana open to counter spells. I like this card.
Sword of the Ages too weak ? i don't get it. You probably mean overcosted. It costs 6 mana and a turn to deal damage to all your creature's power .. I'm sure it's a game winner, but perhaps expensive in mana cost.
Aether Vial : but I like to play banned cards Seriously: I haven't seen him used that much, but it helps you splash creatures, and if you get 2 free creatures out of it, I think it gained enough advantage. More testing
Forcefield: you misreead it, it reduces all unblocked damage TO 1, meaning you take 1 from colossus, 1 from titan, 1 from spectral force, 1 from gargadon. Agree with me

Walking Archive: Again, agreeing with you, but i have it foil .. no out you go.
Bargaining Table : depends on your opponents and your deck. I'll check hand sizes next time we cube
Draco: with all duals and RAV duals you can even hard cast the guy but seriously erratic is in there, but I don't own him yet, I could wait ..
Eon hub: I think there are many broken things to do with this guy, how about calcidem that sticks around, have your opponent's gargadon stick in the RFG zone I agree it's slow, but I think I would have to test it first
cursed scroll : I have seen it in many lists, and yes, magus of the scroll is in the cube, so why not the real one. I must have missed it.
Trinket mage is in my cube, but I thought I didn't have enough space, but you're right, back in, foil Aether spellbomb
Powder Keg : yup seriously missed that one, it's a long list you know ..
Bosium Strip : 2 things : graveyard order matters cards are tricky but that's not a good reason not to include it, 2nd: you still have to pay the mana cost again. 6 mana investment + the cost to pay it again, may be worth it, but it's really long run. It'd be good for a blue mage though, as he now can't run out of counterspells. for now it's on the maybe going in list
Metalworker : I think any mana elf is better : mana elves are cheap and can reliably give you mana. I usually have about 3-4-5 artifacts in deck, it's waaaay too low to give a nice mana boost imo. convince me
Grid Monitor: agreed
Mindless Automaton: I agree it's better than the archive, but as you said, if it's the 101st card, I'm cutting it.
Bottle Cloister: No I like the card, I do, but it can also be a very dead card for all other decks ..
Kaldra: I have em, I like em: I honestly think they cost too much to really have effect in the cube. There are a LOT of answers to creature, so they easily kill the creature in respons to equipping it. Maybe if I have space I'll use them.
Mirror Universe: yeah, I like the card, but I'm probably am not paying that much money to get THAT card. I would for others, just not that one.
I have Tinker, and Shattering Spree, and Naturlize, Discenchant, .. the list goes on.. Every card is supposed to be really good, every means also artifacts
Oh and I don't own the P9 yet, so nine six slots are free until then
also, the Signets are included, on top of the list.

Your list was a pain to read fyi. Why do you have medallions? They just seem really bad for me. I rarely see anyone drafting mono color. As for AEther Vial I think it is a meh card which is really pointless if you don't have it in the first four turns. Although I didn't read the whole thing because it was a mess hehe.
Credit Voucher looks bad since it's card disadvantage.

So I decided, why not make a list of all artifact cards and then thin it out to a reasonable amount for cube. So I IRC'd to the judge channel (#mtgjudge), where they have a bot (Datatog) with all the cards in oracle text and started reading and pasting.
(btw, I already did the 2 color multicolor cards here)

Well that list were the cards in consideration but didn't make it.
I see you agree on a lot of them.
Ivory Tower is indeed nice, but what to cut.
Lotus Petal has a short lifespan which is why I don't like it. Yes it's good, not it's not "superb".
Aeolipile is indeed nice, it's like Moonglove Extract but it has split the mana cost.

540> 360 Powered Cube-Aether Vial: not at all great in cubes, I know alot of my friends have already cut this, since you can't reliably get out cards with it, you probably will use it, what once or twice every game, and have to wait like 3-5 turns to use it?
-Forcefield: 1 unblocked damage? When your cube opponent will be regularly swinging with creatures the size of Arc-Slogger, 1 unblocked damage seems so....underwhelming.
-Basalt Monolith: well, you do have all the other artifact mana acceleration, but I found unless you also plann on regularly hardcasting Darksteel Colossus, then too much redundancy isn't a good thing. This is probably the weakest of the bunch, as I would personally take Worned Powerstone over him.
-Walking Archive: it's just too weak when you have like Mindslaver and stuff in your cube.
-Bargaining Table: Candles of Leng is much better, since in cubes, you'll almost never see multiples unless its a basic lands, and you can probably draft 5+ nonbasics easily anyway, so it becomes 2 mana to cast, 4 mana to draw a card. Bargaining Table will often cost you 3-5 mana to activate, and that's hardly good when compared to your other cards.
-Eon Hub + Draco: These are purely combo enablers. If you have Erratic Explosion and some other things that are taking advantage of these cards, then by all means, otherwise, they are kinda bad by themselves. Eon Hub also doesn't do a good job at hosing upkeep effects, because it often comes in too late.
I would keep the Transreliquat since you have the Time Vault, and 2 cards infinite turn combo is very nice in cubes.
From your other list, with stuff that you took out or don't have, I would suggest these things if you can get them, I know some are pricy, but they are very good:
-Cursed Scroll: repeatable, artifact damage, kills all those annoying protection creatures that white has.
-Aether Spellbomb: this is arguably more powerful than the Pyrite one, why is it cut? It can bounce your own stuff after combat and lets your reuse CIP abilities, and it can be used as a tempo card, or deal with stuff that has protection. Trinket Mage also finds this quite easily, and Trinket Mage is almost an auto include in all cubes.
-Powder Keg: this blows up tokens, plain and simple, and yeah, it occasionally blow up other things as well, but I haven't used it many other ways other than blowing up all sorts of goblins, saprolings and wurms.
-Bosium Strip: this card is great! How is this weak? The ability to re-use cards in your graveyard is awesome when the cards are Wrath of God's quality. Used up your Terminate? No problem! Do it again for just 3 more mana. I think this is probably one of the most underrated cards in cubes, yet it consistently performs well.
-Metalworker: accelerate in more fat?
-Grid Monitor: replaced Steel Golem, that's about it.
-Mindless Automaton: great in alot of archetypes, be they reanimator, or just pure control, the ability to filter lands and draw cards is pretty good. Though it would probably be one of the last cards I would include, but I would definitely play this over Walking Archive.
-Bottle Cloister: this is actually an aggressive card, and it basically is a one-sided howling mine in archetypes like R/W or R/G aggro. I like it, but I can see why you might not want to include it.
-The Kaldra series: they are cool, and I've tried numerous times to piece together Kaldra, but I have never done so, sigh...They aren't that powerful, so you don't need to include it if your cube is going to be all about the craziness.
-Mirror Universe: with some many pay life-draw cards effects, Mirror Universe is great. Though it costs like $50 to get one.
Though this is just a rough estimate, it really depends on what cards you have in your cube that aren't artifacts. I mean, if you don't have Tinker or something, then Darksteel Colossus becomes infinitely weaker. And if you don't have a strong suit of artifact hate like Shattering Spree or Rack and Ruin, then you might want to tone down the power levels of your artifacts.
I would also put in all the signets at least, they are pretty much crucial to a good cube, as they allow alot of multicolour shenanigans. Talismans are good too, though there are only 5 talismans and 10 signets, so you might want to balance the colour combinations a bit more.

Pithing Needle:yes it can only stop one ability, you say that as if that seems an insignificant number meaning there are usually more, that stresses its usefullness. You really want to be able to shut down a manland or Planeswalker, both card for which there is hate, but less than creatures.
Medallion cycle: I don't even own them yet, so I haven't tested them. I included them sort of last minute.
Pentad Prism, ah, but did you ever play the card. It fixes to 4 colors turn 3, not only that, if you drop a land you have 5 mana turn 3, without other stuff in account. I simply like this card. Top 100, well, maybe ..
Mizzium Transreliquat: this thing is damn good + game winning combo with Time Vault, it's staying
Steel Golem : yeah, not that good ..
Junktroller : it hates flashback cards, that and it can block calciderm and live. I don't see what's NOT good about it.
Living Wall : I haven't got the card yet, but I have the feeling this is exactly the card blue mages need. They need a free solid blocker so they can keep their mana open to counter spells. I like this card.
Sword of the Ages too weak ? i don't get it. You probably mean overcosted. It costs 6 mana and a turn to deal damage to all your creature's power .. I'm sure it's a game winner, but perhaps expensive in mana cost.
Aether Vial : but I like to play banned cards Seriously: I haven't seen him used that much, but it helps you splash creatures, and if you get 2 free creatures out of it, I think it gained enough advantage. More testing
Forcefield: you misreead it, it reduces all unblocked damage TO 1, meaning you take 1 from colossus, 1 from titan, 1 from spectral force, 1 from gargadon. Agree with me
Yup, Basalt Monolith is the weakest of the pack. I'm agreeing with this one.
Walking Archive: Again, agreeing with you, but i have it foil .. no out you go.
Bargaining Table : depends on your opponents and your deck. I'll check hand sizes next time we cube
Draco: with all duals and RAV duals you can even hard cast the guy but seriously erratic is in there, but I don't own him yet, I could wait ..
Eon hub: I think there are many broken things to do with this guy, how about calcidem that sticks around, have your opponent's gargadon stick in the RFG zone I agree it's slow, but I think I would have to test it first
cursed scroll : I have seen it in many lists, and yes, magus of the scroll is in the cube, so why not the real one. I must have missed it.
Trinket mage is in my cube, but I thought I didn't have enough space, but you're right, back in, foil Aether spellbomb
Powder Keg : yup seriously missed that one, it's a long list you know ..
Bosium Strip : 2 things : graveyard order matters cards are tricky but that's not a good reason not to include it, 2nd: you still have to pay the mana cost again. 6 mana investment + the cost to pay it again, may be worth it, but it's really long run. It'd be good for a blue mage though, as he now can't run out of counterspells. for now it's on the maybe going in list
Metalworker : I think any mana elf is better : mana elves are cheap and can reliably give you mana. I usually have about 3-4-5 artifacts in deck, it's waaaay too low to give a nice mana boost imo. convince me
Grid Monitor: agreed
Mindless Automaton: I agree it's better than the archive, but as you said, if it's the 101st card, I'm cutting it.
Bottle Cloister: No I like the card, I do, but it can also be a very dead card for all other decks ..
Kaldra: I have em, I like em: I honestly think they cost too much to really have effect in the cube. There are a LOT of answers to creature, so they easily kill the creature in respons to equipping it. Maybe if I have space I'll use them.
Mirror Universe: yeah, I like the card, but I'm probably am not paying that much money to get THAT card. I would for others, just not that one.
I have Tinker, and Shattering Spree, and Naturlize, Discenchant, .. the list goes on.. Every card is supposed to be really good, every means also artifacts
Oh and I don't own the P9 yet, so
ninesix slots are free until thenalso, the Signets are included, on top of the list.
