I'd take bargain over arena if I were going for black draw at this point. That's just me though.
Also, no necropotence in this cube?
I like arena more. It costs less mana.
And no, there's no Necropotence in most cubes. The BBB means that Bargain hits play at almost the same time (unless you're in mono black) and the Bargain's effect is a lot better. It's also not a cumulative effect, so I would never really run both.

Huh...that's actually quite reassuring to read. Just picked up a FtV:Exiled, and was wondering whether to replace my Bargain with 'Potence, but decided against it for pretty much the reasons you just gave.
This is a very interesting thread to watch - it's practically educational:D
I run both in my cube, personally. Yeah, bargain is better, but necro's still stupid powerful and monoblack tends to come together semi-often in my cube anyways. It's a strong enough effect I feel it's worth having double representation (and given the opportunity I'd run both in a deck too, to give me more chances of drawing into the first one).
That said, I'm also rocking a bigger cube, so yeah. There's that to take into consideration too.

Exactly this.
@ BleuBabyDragon: My humble opinion on your most recent pick is that 1) you were right to choose Arena over Bargain, half the cost goes a long way towards higher usability; and 2) the Arena is a fine fine pick at this point in the draft. So you're doing alright!
This is the fun part of the draft. Everyone knows the cards that should go in the first two rounds. Now we are right in the middle of colour signalling.
Now the next 15 rounds are about finding all the gems or hidden synergies that other players have overlooked.
Ya, Goblin Guide is a pretty insane creature. I don't know that I'd pick it over Dark Confidant in a rotisserie draft if he was still available though. They're probably the #1 and #2 aggro creatures in the cube though, so it's hard to say.
EDIT: And I see the Confidant has been picked, so the Guide is a fine choice, IMO.
Wow, MrDumpkins, you give us an entertaining pick every time. Goblin Guide seems like such a funny pick right now for some reason. I guess you're the only player right now not fighting over a colour, so you can kind of do your own thing..
Back when I was thinking about red aggro as a deck, I had Goblin Guide as THE key red card. More important than Lightning Bolt (and quite a bit more important than Fireblast)
Interesting pick ninja. I would have thought that Deranged Hermit was more central to your deck? I guess there is much more competition for black cards...
Yeah, I guess so. It's interesting to leave 'your' cards out in the draftable pool while you take the cards that there are multiple bidders over early.
Thus car we have seen the following drafted: 12 broken mana acceleration, 4 broken card draw/tutoring, 2 broken disruption, plus Time Walk and Nightmare. Not bad.

Nobody else is in green.
I know it may seem weird, but I'm taking Oona's Prowler. I dont want one of my better enablers to be stolen.

That said, I don't think your initial picks really commit you to aggro, not even with the sword. Finishers and utility dorks can carry swords too.
Also a good point. Thank you for the advice.
