I also contested on Iwamori of the Open Fist. He's good in a cube with next to none Legendary creature, not a legendary cube. He'll be last pick material
Iwamori of the Open Fist seems really, really bad here, IMO. I'd rather pay more mana to stop my opponent from getting a free creature, which they're almost guaranteed to do. I'm against putting him on the list.
Eiganjo Castle is my suggestion. Just the threat of boosting the toughness of one of your men will often be enough to dissuade blockers, and Isamaru comboed well with this back in the days of Standard Zoo.
I also veto Iwamori of the Open Fist. I would never pick that card in this cube, when we are guaranteed the likes of Thrun as his competition in the 4-drop slot. I also like Eiganjo Castle (I mentioned before this whole cycle is good).
Sorry about the double-post, but I was out all day doing pre-releases. Here's my second suggestion for the day:
Seems like a good midrange creature that can fit into either aggro or control strategies.
Don't double post, there is an edit feature to make sure you don't have to do this. Also let there be 3-5 posts in-between card suggestions

I'd like to see how good Braids, Cabal Minion is compared to how good she is in a regular cube. I feel like there will be plenty of nutty interactions for her and she is fairly iconic.
First post updated with the current list. Please review it. Right now we have a ton of green cards but need to get more red ones.
From now on, double posting (especially to get around the one card per post rule) will result in an infraction.
Quite a few people have been doing this, and it is one of the rule infractions that really bug me.
But besides that, everything is going really well. Keep up the good work guys.
My suggestion. Zirilan of the Claw. We are going to have quite a few dragons. And atleast all the Kamigawa Legends. This fetches for them. it's a nifty archetype enabler for our cube.
Ib Halfheart, Goblin Tactician can pump out tokens, and from browsing through the legendary red creatures it seems like there will inevitably be a bunch of goblins in this.

I understand the peeve regarding double posts, but the rules regarding how many cards to suggest per post and posts between suggestions seem arbitrary, even if designed to give more people a chance to post. If someone's only online once per day but really wants to be involved in the process, he might not get that chance.
Tahngarth, Talruum Hero looks like a good choice. Iconic legend that is removal on a beater. It would be great to get as many Weatherlight Crew members as possible.
Edit - Also, I compiled a list of a bunch of spells and things that have titles that reference legends. Some of these might have already been mentioned and I am sure I am missing a few good ones but here they are:
He has a pretty one of a kind ability, which can be pretty powerful.
Regarding Iwamori:
I realize that his ability can be a huge drawback, but that is what makes him fun to play. I realize that it is not the greatest argument, but this is just a silly, fun, not-so-serious project, so I don't see anything wrong with including a risky card like him.
My first vote of the new day is going to be Mirari's Wake as it's a powerful card that will help us play all of our giant creatures and it references one of the most infamous artifacts in the history of magic.
My second vote of the day goes to Lieutenant Kirtar's Wrath as it references a legend and wraths the field. Both things are kind of essential and it would be worth having a wrath or two in this cube.
Kumano, Master Yamabushi This guy was on my big list of maybes before I built my cube, and I was sad to cut him when I went to 450. Repeatable burn is sweet, and he's one of the better red legends.
in my opinion, "unfun" effects are really just effects a player doesn't understand how to use or how to beat. i'd rather understand (and play with others who understand) how to use and beat powerful effects than simplify the cube so no one has to.
For all I know, you are Kai Budde and for all you know I'm John Finkel. It doesn't matter. What matters is your logical argument for or against the card in question.
Esper: Sharuum the Hegemon. She's by far the best esper legend. She gets artifacts back (there are quite a few artifacts that sacrifice, as well as legends that can destroy artifacts) and requires very little set-up.
Sen Triplets is very underwhelming when your opponent is not in your colors (and is sometimes underwhelming even if he is), Merieke Ri Berit is a 1/1 and easily killable, but otherwise pretty sweet, and Zur requires way too much setup. Sharuum's the best by default.

It's great on a lot of creatures in the cube (even besides its namesake) as a general pump ability.

My first card suggestion for today:
Form of the Dragon
While not strictly legendary, it's a very game-changing effect that's very unique across the history of Magic.

To go along with my first suggestion Ryusei, the Falling Star. That gives us atleast one red legend to go fetch with Zirlan. Now to add more.

Razia, Boros Archangel
She was in my cube. Too bad I had to remove her to other cards, but I like her a fair bit.

On spoiled card wishlisting and 'should-have-had'-isms:
Even without milling theme, he's still plenty good in a limited format. That's what I think, at least.

On top of that, she's a giant 5v5 flyer for 6. She's just amazing, far better than the competition which includes Sen Triplets,Merieke Ri Berit, and Zur the Enchanter.
