That is the link to the spreadsheet. I posted a copy of the cube we are using (wtwlf's 450 powered) onto the second sheet, so make sure to look at it and familiarize yourself with the cube.
So here is how the draft will work:
When it is your turn, post your pick on the spreadsheet (then here hopefully, but the spreadsheet is the official place).
PM the person who's pick is next (now that you are done).
To keep the spreadsheet organized, we will attempt to highlight picks in their appropriate color, and strikethrough picks on the cube list tab.
I was thinking about starting up a roto draft for 8-10 people, based off of this one:
The requirement would be that you get in your picks in a timely manner (my call, but prob 24 hours on weekdays) or that you make arrangements to get your picks in, either by another user here or by PM (if you label the PM "Do not look till pick..." and send it to me, I will only unlock it when the time comes. I will not be a jerk about occasionally lagging, but if you are constantly behind on picks or holding up the draft, I will have less patience.
So basically, you make your pick on the Google spreadsheet, post it here, and send a pm to the person whose pick it is.
So we have the slots (feel free to request a specific one):
Count me in. I wouldn't mind going last but which slot I'm in isn't that important. Wtwlf's cube is powerful and up to date; Usman's would be great; I'm happy to draft anyone's cube.
I'd be ok with any kind of cube -- Slight preference for nonpowered though
The reason I like powered is because the accel cards tend to balance of the uber powerful cards early (and tends to mitigate the power of blue). I am willing to hear arguments the other way though.
I prefer Powered. The simple reason is that we always play powered and this makes it interesting to learn how people value cards.
I prefer keeping it an 8-man draft for the same reason.
I'd like to join. There will be a few times I'll be gone for ~3 days, but if there are people willing to make specific picks for me, I can arrange that in advance no problem. I'd prefer to be in spot 7. Thanks for organizing!
I'm in, and of course would like to be one of the wheel people....
Is it going to be random seating? If not (and we get to choose our seats) then I'd like to go 7th out of the remaining seats.
And wouldn't a large powered cube be better, providing more choice? Eidolon, what's the biggest cube on the forums that runs both Mox Sapphire and Jace, Memory Adept?
Random seating sounds great. Also, I would certainly be content with using my cube list for this (630, powered). Link to my thread with the latest updated version in my signature!
Okay, so the draft order has been set (call it random if you like), and I think we're ready to go. i think you all are vastly overrating the wheel slots.
Do you mind jeering/commentating from the rest of us. I wanted to participate, but am travelling this weekend/next week, so couldn't take part, but at least mocking you lot would be fun.

It is encouraged. I probably won't comment too much on my picks, so as to not give away strategy, but the peanut gallery is more than welcome.
These things do take forever if people don't PM their picks to other people who they are not fighting for cards with. People, please feel free to PM your picks to me if you are picking ahead of me.
On the plus side, Lasserini taking Ancestral first pick means that hicham gets Library of Alexandria 4th.
By the way Phantizle, how many picks deep are we going? 35? Inquiring minds want to know.
p.s. You should edit to OP the indicate that we are underway, not still setting up.

What's the other card your taking over Library? Clearly Sol Ring, but since Sol Ring and Library are a clear 1 and 2 for me I'm curious what the 4th is.
In Rotisserie I don't think that Library is anywhere close to the best card. Which is why I'm happy not to be 4th or 5th and faced with picking it over Time Walk or Mind Twist. Or Balance. Or Mana Drain. Or Recurring Nightmare. All cards that I don't think will be around when I take my second pick.
Edit: Notable Cube Omissions: non-U signets, Ravages of War, Rolling Earthquake.
Library is really not that great in a format where all the decks are pretty fast (and thus won't be at 7 cards consistently). ALL the fast mana in the cube will be drafted and played. ALL the powerful early cards will be drafted and played. Lotus on the other hand is as broken in this format as it is in normal cube.
I am currently not in the U.S., will return around the 13th. Of the two comps I can access (my netbook and a school one here), neither seems to be able to open the spreadsheet. I will still post my picks here and in PMs, but I would highly appreciate it if someone could stick my picks in the spreadsheet for the time being.

I'd guess that lotus is even better in this format than it is in regular formats. I'm just not convinced it's that amazing anywhere. Clearly it's very powerful, but I don't think one shot fast mana, even one shot fast mana as awesome as lotus is that great.

2 - Zapgaze
3 - Magicmerl
4 - Hicham
5 - Phantizle
6 - shadowfuryix
7 - yugular
8 - drunkenlullabys
9 - Rantipole
I would prefer a smallish (360-450), up to date powered cube. Any suggestions?
Cheers,

I'd also support random seats, though.
Excellent, looks like we have 8 drafters so far.

Lasserini, it's your pick. Fire when ready. Might I suggest Zuran Orb...
