Black Dove blows up the world, and it's now stubobj's pick. He has until Monday at midnight to pick, but we can always speed things up...
Incidentally, four of us--magicmerl, Volcanon, and Drowning (who didn't quite make it into this draft) drafted last night with this cube. I think every single match went to three games. I went 2-1, 1-2, 1-2. The only match I won was against Volcanon (I forget already what he played, but I lucked into a last-turn Smash to Smithereens with him at 2 just before he got a Capsize lock on me, in the last game). My only win against magicmerl with with a key Rivalry/Manabarbs lockdown. I got manaflooded against Drowning, which hurts in a 16-land WR aggro deck with only 2 4-mana cards in it, but still might have had a chance if it weren't for Calcite Snapper, which absolutely shut me down in my 2 losses.
The most notable things about the draft were:
1. No-one played green. (I could have tried Naya aggro, but chose not to)
2. Fatty creatures kept on getting passed around--stuff like Moldgraf Monstrosity was 15th, Oona went something like 12th, Sphinx of Jwar Isle was around there... I had the only aggro deck, yet still they went very late.

Well, yeah. The bar is set really high for fatty creatures. You don't want or need many 6+ CC creatures in each colour at all.

I didn't have capsize, that was the blue guy. You managed to have a solution to a lot of my better cards (like the smash to smithereens) as I recall.
I was playing BW stuff, splash blue for gifts, which was supposed to be fairly aggro but ended up not quite. Not enough early drops, I suppose, and I wanted to deck stuff that doesn't really go into a "fast" deck like diabolic whatever that lets you infinite recur dead guys, and a couple six drops.
Never once got to actually cast Catastrophe for it's geddon effect.
Edit: Could you please edit the thread title to say that this is a TEAM rotisserie? I'm kinda in every rotisserie draft and the thread title does nothing to distinguish this thread from the others.
I'm happy to first pick it, while divulging nothing of my intentions to the rest of the table. FoF is a decent card.
Do you know how to edit the title of the thread?
Yep, it's been edited for a while. For some reason, I can't edit the title on my phone, although I can post. Occasionally I won't be able to change the title for a bit until I get to a real computer...
tomchaps picks Greater Gargadon. I way overvalue that card, and red was open, so...
[By the way, our team does not have our picks set at all yet; but after a couple rounds things should settle down, and we can leave our next few picks with each other, I figure.]
My picks should be obvious if I vanish. Though I sincerely hope nobody is going to try fighting me for an archetype that can't support more than one person.

I'm not sure you understand how team drafts work.....
I'm not sure you understand how team drafts work.....
I'm not sure I do... can someone enlighten me? I thought the teams are just there in order to have all matches matter somewhat (you play everyone from the opposing team and the team with more match-wins, well, wins). For this draft format, I suppose teams have the added benefit of being actively cooperative with half the table and only fighting with the other half.
I went to www.tappedout.net/draft-sim but could see any cube draft, except Usman's cube.
