If it's something like Exhaustion where what happens during the next untap step is modified, then multiple occurrences of it will all apply to the same next untap step. If the next untap step is skipped entirely, then multiple occurrences of that effect will be cumulative.
Multiple Yosei triggers targeting the same person will force the targeted player to skip multiple untap steps. The wording on Exhaustion makes sense that it all triggers simultaneously since it modifies what happens at a given time, but skipping steps and phases is different situation.
614.10a. Anything scheduled for a skipped step, phase, or turn won't happen. Anything scheduled for the "next" occurrence of something waits for the first occurrence that isn't skipped. If two effects each cause a player to skip his or her next occurrence, that player must skip the next two; one effect will be satisfied in skipping the first occurrence, while the other will remain until another occurrence can be skipped.
I'm sure someone has mentioned karmic guide, revillark, greater gargadon (or other sac outlet), plus a come into play dmg creature? And if u run body double...
Edit: oh, mentioned with mirror entity. Well, lots of ways to set it up. I love a good boat brew version.
In my groups pauper cube we have shriekmaw and undertaker. It's a really great synergistic combo that we didn't figure out until we started drafting the cube. (also obviously works with the other evoke creatures).
Have a helicopter drop you off out front. Light your cigar with a small Indonesian boy holding a black lotus. Then bust out a craw wurm deck with no sleeves. Raw dog shuffle, loose terribly, flip the table, leave in a hovercraft.

Good timing! My resident Johnny pulled off the following last night...
Sneak Attack + Tortured Existence + Magma Phoenix.
He filled his yard full of creatures through various means, all of which were various toolbox effects. From there...
1) At the start of turn, recur the Phoenix back to your hand.
2) When something bad happens, discard Phoenix for whichever tool you want via Tortured Existence.
3) Sneak out your tool at your leisure. It winds up in the yard.
4) Rinse, repeat. It's basically 3BRRR: Solve a problem.

In other news, Mirror Entity + Blade Splicer is a thing.
360 Unpowered Cube | Cubetutor
Look at it this way, if that were the case, Chronatog would be seriously broken. You could pump it to a million and only skip one turn.
edit: Oh, it's got a once-per-turn clause. Eh, point still stands. You can only skip something once.

No kidding. My resident Johnny Combo drafted it, and actually first-picked the Phoenix. I'd say he was vindicated in his decision.
