Magic Card Market would be the best one for that. If you do sign up to that site, Nightwing, use me as a referral and I'll even get a few cents if you place a big order! There are Canadian sellers there, so it may be possible for you to sign up.

this looks like a great site for that! Thanks! If and when I do register, I'll definitely use you as a referral! Thanks again!
My Basics are 50 each, unpimped, (though there are some foils there), and each feature a different art. I like my cube to showcase the variery of Magic so I put in all types of lands, including weird lands Ravnica Forests, Lorwyn Swamps, Rathi Plains, Time Spiral Mountains, and Innistrad Islands. Exception is Morrodin/Scars/New Phyrexia basics - they are for the artifact cube.
What I noticed is that mixing old frame and the new frame is a bit confusing... so if new expansions come out I think I will obsolete the old frames and reuse them in my other cubes/decks. Though I will surely miss the Avon Mirage Mountains.
OFF TOPIC: Personally the most confusing part on lands are Shocklands / Bouncelands .. they look really alike and the difference of 1 mana / 2 mana is significant in game play.
Just wondering how many basic land I should be packing when I'm bringing my cube around... I'm currently running a 6 man cube (285) cards, with an even split of 42 cards per color. However I only have 10 painlands in the cube, and I'm thinking about bringing 27 of each basic. Should that be enough, or can I get away with less?
I've been wondering this myself. The rare times I play, it's with 4-6 people. I have 31 non-basics in the Cube and currently have collected 25 of each basic (same Invasion art).
(6 x 17 = 102 lands needed for the draft.)
I'm hoping 125 basics + 31 non-basics is enough.
edit: I picked 25 of each because I figure that's enough for at least 3 players to go for the same color... but that's assuming no one goes mono colored. I may need to bump it up to 30 each later.
I sleeved up 30 of each basic land with my Pauper Cube, and very nearly ran out of Plains during my first 4-player sealed-deck session. I bumped that up to 40 for last Saturday's 4-person draft and had plenty of everything left over. I'd start with 40 of each basic if I were you; most folks on here advocate 50.
I'm currently 7 cards short of having one of every foil basic land from every set that had foils. I also have the 5 arena Urza's land (my island is the error version w/out the Urza's Saga symbol), Unhinged foil, unglued, 3 different sets of APAC land, and a collector's edition artist proof island bought from Mark Poole w/ the Bird of Paradise drawn on it. When I get around to it, I'll be throwing in the original 5 Arena basics and an Arabian mountain. It's more land than I'll ever need, but it looks cool.

I have about 30-35 basic lands of each type and divide them 50/50 by Ravnica full art lands and various foil lands that I find pretty. I'll definitely try to grab at least 2 of each basic land type of the Avacyn Restored basics, some of them are so gorgeous!

Guys, which kind of basic lands would you suggest for a Modern-themed Cube? Full art Zendikar seems like the obvious choice, but I actually have a soft spot for Ravnica basics. They would go pretty nicely with the Shocklands.

When it comes to the modern frame I feel that nothing beats Champions of Kamigawa. Each land cycle was a panorama when you stick them together. Absolutely stunning.

My cube runs one of foil basic land of each set that has one because I like the idea that you cube with cards across all sets, so that means the basic lands should represent that as well. I would run lands from eighth edition onwards (foil if your pimpin).

Not a bad idea. To extend it further, one from EVERY block starting with Beta, possibly ignoring core sets.. basically representing magic sets from its inception.

I use coldsnap and unhinged as well, so that makes 22. with AVR it will be 23. To make up for the low number, I have more than 1 of some lands, like two zens, two kamigawas, and as I get more I take out those I have multiples of. It's really cool to search through your basic lands and getting a glance at magics history.

I think I'm going from matching unlmited basics to one basic from each block extended art. You get
Which is 17 basics. And then you have a few options to "fill" things out.
Alpha/Beta/Unlimited/Revised/4th

Portal III
Shadowmoor
Eldrazi
New Phyrexia
Avacyn Restored
Which offers an additional 8 basics. Or 26 total. After that you get into stuff like core set/special products/guru/those M symbol ones/Apac/Euro if you want to fill out the rostier a bit more.

Well, if you actually intend to draft with twelve people, you'll need quite a bit of land.
Let's assume each person will be using 17 basics (obviously, this ignores the use of non-basics, but it's best to err on the side of caution here). 17 times 12 is 204. That's about 40 of each basic. I'd bump it up to 50 of each, just in case one color is particularly popular in a draft.
My cube can also support twelve people, but that so rarely happens that I only have 40 of each basic sleeved up. That's worked out just fine for eight man drafts.
