Hum... a couple more I would probably run in my Modern Cube if they were slightly different:
Avacyn's Pilgrim. Still as a Green card, but producing instead of :symw:. White/Green decks usually have a pretty good mana curve and will want for other tools. Blue/Green Tempo decks however would definitely benefit from the extra tempo boost.
Emeria Angel as a Blue card. I find that I want my 4-drops in White to be more aggressive. In Blue however, its role would be different. An extra blocker a turn would be great for more control-ish decks.

This would be awesome. Especially if it produced Illusion tokens so I could have Meloku tokens.

If an opponent would draw a card except the first one he or she draws in each of his or her draw steps, instead that player skips that draw and you draw a card.
Yeah, red has never had Ophidian/Curiosity effects, so that's just being greedy.
It makes some sense as an area of red's color pie to develop, though. One of Maro's recent tumblr posts mentioned the commonality between red and blue's slices (from a 'what's U/R's flavor supposed to be?') being a predilection for trickery. I could see combat-dependent looting in red's future.
Sure, but looting is different and usually worse than straight up drawing cards. I'd totally be down with a 2/1 for 1R that loots upon damaging your opponent or something similar.

We're a little off topic now but I'm curious about what else falls into that trickery pile.

I actually think his response was a bit of BS. I mean, except for White and artifact, Black, green, red, and blue all resort to deception to get things they want (among other methods). He was responding to someone asking about enemy color mechanic overlap in u/R, and answered trickery.

I want a white Indrik Stomphowler. I don't play it in green anymore because if the glut of insane 5-drops over there, but he'd be right at home in white.

I think red and blue get the playful haha tricks and not the you fell into my trap tricks that green gets though.

There's actually Illusion tokens in Modern Masters. I was pretty psyched when I saw that.

Maybe better in a WG, Wilt-Leaf shell?

I know. But they're gonna be kinda rare, and I don't want to have to collect 8 $4.00 Illusion tokens.

Will definitely replace Kor Sanctifiers.
I know Gravecrawler already exists, but a black shifted Jungle Lion would be nice for Pauper and Regular cube as well.
Wait
I don't think traditional cubes would really need that too much, would they?
