While this is less good than shockland and bilands due to their unfetchable nature, I doubt they would print this : this is better than checkland and fastland, which are quite recents.
What is known yet ? We should have a bunch of enchants, three planeswalker, two new and a Elspeth (don't know if it's a new one or not), and big monsters (hydra especially).
Ooh, those lands would be sweet. If not that, then I would at least like to see them complete the man-land cycle from Zendikar.
Also on my wishlist:
White - aggro 1 drop
Blue - a counterspell that doesn't suck
Green - a good 6 drop
Red - aggro 1 drop
Black - a non-Liliana, non-Sorin planeswalker
Finally, since a lot of the current standard powerhouse cards like Thundermaw Hellkite and Hellrider will be rotating out, if Wizards wants to keep RDW viable, I expect they'll give red some nice new toys. Hopefully that bodes well for cube.
I want them to make good enchantment creatures, and expand an enchantment theme in white so I can use Academy Rector to get some sick enchantment creature card.

I can't remember where I read it/am too lazy to find the reference, but I recall that Lucent Liminid was considered poor design by R&D because it doesn't functionally add much to the card's performance or how it plays in most cases, and drives enchantments closer to being like artifacts (one important delineation is the fact you get artifact creatures). In the same way, we won't see any more tapping enchantments like the ones in Future Sight.
So there's a distinct possibility that it could happen, but I'm not too hopeful.
Sarcasm aside, MaRo has said there is one Future Shifted mechanic in the set. I wonder if it's one of the dual lands from Future Sight. Unfortunately, none of them would see much play in cube...
I know they have an enchantment theme in the block, but I don't think they will print Enchantment Creatures. While they would be interesting mechanically, I think they are too weird for most people. Then again, they printed dual-faced cards so I really wouldn't put much past them.

I think the biggest issue, per their admission, was that it really didn't feel like an enchantment. Like if Lucent Liminid had "other creatures you control have +0/+1" it would have felt more like an enchantment and liked more by R&D.
I'm hoping and thinking we will get 10 of the following kind of lands:
Theros Land
Legendary Land t: Add W or U to your mana pool.
I partly think the legendary rules changes are because of these lands on their way.
I think you're onto something. Not sure if Theros gets this or the next set, but I can see this within a year.
I'm hoping for a nice red 1-2 drop and a true upgrade to White's 3-5 drop range. Hopefully a playable Planeswalker from the block. Not asking for much. My expectations are very low after M14

Really? I would cube the snot out of a set of Horizon Canopy type lands. When WotC said there were good duals in this set, I immediately hoped for this.
Also, filter lands are played in some cubes, and graven cains was first released in time shift. I totally second rantipole opinion about canopy if they are released in a colour where there is no manland. (otherwise, need to find cuts).

I absolutely agree with this, but I also think there are a lot of other directions they could (and I think will) go from there.
It would be very interesting if they combined the Lucent Liminid concept with the licid mechanic from cards like Dominating Licid; enchantment creatures that can stop being creatures, but can never stop being enchantments.

This is sort of a tangent, but they can't do that with Dominating Licid's effect. Technically Dominating Licid doesn't even work because you change control of objects before the Licid gains the ability "Gain control of enchanted creature" due to layers. So Dominating Licid enchants a creature but you don't gain control of it. Fun trivia.
Hah, that's awkward. Although what I had in mind wasn't really a Dominating Licid ability specifically, but there were a few cycles of licid creatures with activated abilities that turned them into auras with various abilities and it seems like a cool design space for an enchantment-matters block. Especially if they bring back Aura Swap [Arcanum Wings] as their future-shifted mechanic.
Dominating Licid just came to mind since it's generally the best one (though apparently the worst if his ability basically fizzles as you say, haha)
Edit: Is anyone already pushing 'enchantment matters' in their cube? I'm running Enlightened Tutor, but haven't gone so far as to include Academy Rector for it. Theros might make it happen though.

I'd run Canopy style lands over the GW, RB, and RG manlands. Aggro colors would love to lands like this. Also, the green pairs lend themselves naturally to Loam/Crucible sickness. I'm not sure what I would do with UW and UB ones.

I would just add more lands and cut some non-lands if we get the Horizon Canopy cycle of lands. They are generally very good lands that are better in aggressive decks than slow grindy decks, and that is exactly what I want in a land because the fixing is more important for aggressive decks.
I agree with wtwlf123 that enemy man lands would be most welcome, though Theros sadly is not the set to hope for them, I fear.
I would also like to see the enemy half of the Razorverge Thicket cycle.
As for enchantments, I sure hope to get some or even many amazing and interesting enchantments. I'm currently experimenting with Academy Rector, and a good mono white target would be welcome (I currently have Assemble the Legion, Form of the Dragon and Deadbridge Chant in my list).
I am still running 2 duals comprised of some combo of filter lands, checklands and fast lands. I particularly dislike the check and fast lands, so I'd be fine with a straight up dual.
There a number of very good enchantments in my cube.
I think we hit a winner in the hydra dept recently - I hope we get a smart big creature, as opposed to another big dumb beater. Not sure what a smart beater is, but I hope we get it.
I keep a very small pile of perhaps a dozen or so cards on the side... ones that I badly want to put in but can't find the room for (ie. Geist of Saint Traft, Memory Jar, Waterfront Bouncer, Creeping Tar Pit, etc...). Perhaps Theros may be the set that pushes me over 360. Cuts have become more and more painful as of late... to a point where my players are now asking me to bring back stuff that I just can't find room for anymore. Most recently my players demanded that Icy Manipulator be put back in immediately... reasoning being there needs to be answers to creatures that are becoming crazier and crazier as the sets come. Theros may push me to break the 360 ceiling.
I'd like some really resonant cards, and i would like one god to be cubable.
the hydra they are hyping up as a scary card for FFL is making me really excited about theros. In the last couple months ive put in primordial, gruul from GTC and kalonian hydra and they all do really well, if kalonian hydra isnt pushed then im wondering how amazing this 4 costing hydra will be.

Mono-colored red mayhaps? Our luck it turns out to be a red 4 drop. Something we don't necessarily need lol.

On spoiled card wishlisting and 'should-have-had'-isms:
Putting them in an enchantment themed block would change that, wouldn't it?
I think there's a good chance they'll return, as M14 hinted at an enchantment themed mechanic in Theros already.

Those lands are really cool mechanically, but it doesn't make any sense to make a simple dual land legendary. I doubt they would do it.
