Cultivate seems like a safe pick, unlocking only 1 card.
It's in our main color, too. I'm awfully tempted by Vampiric Tutor instead, though. It only unlocks Diregraf Ghoul, which is not too frightening for us, and is strong enough to pull us into black.
I like Meloku here. It doesn't give our opponent any new information, and it's just a great card for our deck. I have my eye on Vamp Tutor, Cultivate, Ophiomancer, and Toxic Deluge for future picks.
Ramp + fixing seems more important than stuff to ramp into, for me. The Tutor is very tempting, but I actually don't much like giving player B another aggressive 1-drop if I can help it...
I would take Zo-Zu the Punisher. Let's punish someone for trying to drop extra lands. There's still Char and Ravages of War, which will be much better if we find some more good fixing.
I want to leap on that Zo-Zu hard, but after thinking about it, I think Ravages of War is the pick, keep from revealing anything as long as we can and as long as we have picks on the board. It'll be sexy to set up a strong board position and drop Zo-Zu right before a Ravages.
I think I like Zo-Zu the Punisher now. Yes, it opens up two cards for picking, but it's the exact card we want for our deck right now. Our opponent's next pick is probably Grave Titan regardless of what gets revealed. I don't think we're aggressive enough to justify Ravages at the moment, but it should still be there later if we want it.

Ravages for B. Don't reveal goodies for A. Milk all the toys we can (and should) be picking while we still can.

I mean, hell, we're all on a forum for something that most people would describe as a "children's card game"...do what makes you happy. You are never too old to enjoy yourself.
Well, it's time for a tentative second color commitment. Vampiric Tutor. Black has a very nice ramp target and some good utility on the board. And if we see something in another color next pick, Vamp could still be splashed where Titan couldn't.
I think I've talked myself into Vampiric Tutor for this pick. Finding any card you need at any time is always a good thing to have in your deck. Grave Titan is a very close second for me.
Zo-Zu The Punisher. It's agressive, it punishes land drops, and we've got Ravages for synergy. Ended up with Ankh of Mishra a couple drafts ago in agro, and it change my whole view on those two cards.
It's in our main color, too. I'm awfully tempted by Vampiric Tutor instead, though. It only unlocks Diregraf Ghoul, which is not too frightening for us, and is strong enough to pull us into black.

Or hate the Titan, but I'm not sure you can afford that in this format.
