I want more good dredge-y nonsense. Cards that can be cast from the graveyard, cards that support Loam, and respectably costed reanimation support for the first time in ages. That's all I ever want, really. I'm a simple man with simple tastes.

I doubt they'll do much in the way of respectable reanimation spells while Eldrazi titans are in Standard.
Now that we know that we're getting some kind of hybrid bruna/gisela - http://magic.wizards.com/en/articles/archive/magic-story/emrakul-rises-2016-06-20 - I really hope it's playable. Either powerful enough for a reanimation target or some kind of cost-reduction like emrakul has. Although I am really curious if they are gonna try to combine the two angel's mechanics or just have something completely new.
What about a very playable creature that the opponent could animate (flips to zombie under control of opponent) when in graveyard? This could be a activated ability costing black mana to encourage black builds in hopes that the other player was running these very playable creatures.

Don't sweat the petty things and don't pet the sweaty things.
I'm curious how "playable" a card would have to be before I'd be willing to run the risk of my opponent animating it out of my graveyard for nothing more than the cost of some mana. Maaaaaybe if they had to discard a card, but even then I'm skeptical.
I'd like to see nice big noncreature spells in White and Black mostly, ideally at 4-5 mana. Right now, a lot of my spells are pretty common effects; white has a ton of "exile this", black has "kill that", etc. A powerful enchantment or sorcery with a unique effect or other quirk, perhaps along the lines of Demonic Pact or something, would be really welcome.

It's a cute idea, but shouldn't we be hoping (and pushing) for cards without wonky drawbacks? I mean, something like this MIGHT work in a Conspiracy or Commander, but for non-multiplayer sets I'd much rather have cards that are just good, rather than "good until you read their last line of text."
Also, they pretty much already did something like this with Lord of Ashmouth.

I'm officially proposing we retire the word "insane" from the MtG vocabulary.

I guess I never stated my own opinions earlier, so I might as well do that now.
Given that my Budget cube is in need of new Artifact, Black and Green cards, I obviously want cubeables of those at lower rarities. For my Modern Cube I'm pretty much open to anything, though preferably some more strong red one-drops and Black 5-drops. I would hope that new Liliana doesn't suck, but I'm not holding my breath.
Thoughts on the set pre-spoilers: I've assumed for weeks Emrakul, Liliana, Tamiyo and various support/flavor cards for each will be in this. I hope(d) they'll be good, though Liliana is the only one I'm really crossing my fingers on. Oh, and cubeables at lower rarities, as always. SOI felt a little light on these, due mostly to wonky mechanics with little to no viability in cube. Hopefully WotC eases up on those (Meld and Delirium not withstanding). Beyond that, I have no big expectations or needs.
Thoughts mid-spoilage: Obviously they led with the "good" stuff and we're about to head into rough waters. Still, I'm reasonably satisfied with what we've seen so far. As long as I get my cards in Black, Green and Artifact, I'll make due alright. (Waiting until next week for the full set is much more agonizing when you're eyeing the CU sections though.)

- A land (preferably one that taps for color) that can be sacrificed Horizon Canopy style for a looter effect (that doesn't require Threshold).
- Good equipment is always nice.
- SLOW BOLT (aka sorcery speed Lightning Bolt), I'm going to give up all hope on this if it doesn't get reprinted by Conspiracy 2.
- More creatures with Menace!

Upside - It's a gruul card that isn't a 4-drop!
Downside - It's terrible!

-More madness cards
-Flip zombie cards
-More utility lands at rare instead of mediocre duals
Same. It feels like these days they always tease us with interesting-but-nerfed-into-oblivion designs.
I hate to sound like a Vorthos wonk, but what's the flavor angle? Zombies really don't have much reason to transform really.
I doubt they'd ever do these "instead of" duals, but I'm certainly not opposed to more designs like Abbey (though hopefully much stronger).

A creature dying and then returning transformed as a zombie sounds super flavorful, actually.
