However, looking at my list I've noticed that I've got a number of goblin cards or cards that interact with goblins specifically, like Rabblemaster and Siege-Gang. I put them in because they help you go wide, and provide some incidental value, as well as being good in midrange sort of decks, or with stuff like Resto. But now I'm wondering if it will signal that an archetype that doesn't exist is there, in the form of goblins. And on top of that, my UR archetype is an eldrazi colourless matters sort of focus, not spells, so Pyromancer might also signal an archetyped UR spells deck which isn't there as much, besides the value tempo stuff.
So how is the best to signal that the goblin stuff is incidental and tokens is the focus? Should I just assume players will realize?
Cube drafters are astute enough to figure out that the tribal interactions on cards like Rabblemaster and Siege-Gang are incidental, and that the cards are included for their intrinsic value.
Communication is a thing; there's nothing to lose by explaining that there's no real goblin tribal and those cards are included based on being great on their own.
For RW, I have tokens. Basically cards like Young Pyromancer, Krenko's Command, Goblin Rabblemaster type cards, backed up with burn spells/removal and anthems/trumpet blast effects.
