I haven't even seen them all yet, but I want to make a cube using all of the new Partner Commanders, to be drafted by 3-5 people. The first pack would be loaded with random legends and mana-fixing lands. Then draft the entire cube to build half-sized EDH decks of 50 cards each for multiplayer.
Just the partners, or with other generals. Just the partners is interesting, although it'll be weirdly skewed toward certain color combinations since enemy colors have twice as much representation.
There are a lot of EDH cubes out there, thought I don't know who's keeping their up to date enough to point you in a good direction. Dolono I believe has a pretty archetypical one to go off of. I'll find a link later for you. I wouldn't go by mine; it's a casual battlecruisery mess that I wouldn't recommend to most cube managers.
An interesting thing about a partner cube, unlike "normal" EDH cubes, is that you can definitely include tri-color cards since color combinations flow much more freely. (In a standard EDH cube you'd never include them, because they'd only be playable by 2-3 generals out of 50+ that are drafted.)
I dunno. It's certainly an interesting thought experiment.

Partners-only. And you're right that card balance would need to be skewed in favor of enemy colors, but only among gold cards and mana production. That being said, I'd probably balance things under the assumption that people are typically playing 3 colors, and only rarely playing 2. If someone plays 4, it wouldn't be much different than if they were playing 3.

Thanks for the link.
So a quick spreadsheet break down reveals what you might expect:
There are only 5 ways to Partner that result in 2-color decks;
All of them are enemy colors;
There are 65 ways to make 3-color decks;
25 of them are shards;
20 40 are wedges;
There are 35 ways to make 4-color decks;
7 distinct partnerships per 4-color combination;
So maybe there isn't a need to favor enemy colors.

There's 40 for wedges. 8 for each.
For example, Jeskai:
1) Ishai and Bruse
2) Ishai and Akiri
3) Ishai and Kraum
4) Ishai and Ludevic
5) Bruse and Kraum
6) Bruse and Ludevic
7) Akiri and Kraum
8) Akiri and Ludevic

Check out the thread for my cube if you have the time, and tell me how terrible it is.
Generals meant to be drafted first in a single pack of 6 cards.
And here is the actual cube, meant to be drafted in 4 regular sized packs. (60 card decks)
I added them to mine, but they're paired in my cube. (You can mix and match, but they're paired so they fill certain color combinations that need them and so you'll always at least have a general that works with them.)
I haven't updated my list, and I can't add them on cubtutor, but they are overwriting the images on cubetutor for the generals they're replacing.

Another option might be to just grant a bunch of older mono and bi-colored legends the partner mechanic. Lots of kamigawa, timespiral, theros, and ravnica legends wouldn't be broken with it.

I considered it, with cards like Gerrard Capashen and Kaysa in mind, Legends who sometimes go in decks, but rarely Command them. But as I've started to piece things together, there's really no need. The cube will be big enough for up to 7 players with the 15 Partners, and I've decided to do an "expansion" pack that adds in the 4-color legends if there is a need to support 8+ players.
