I tried to find a place where you can put a new thread like this but was not sure where to, please if I didnt it wrong I am sorry
First of all I am a returning player, left after the prerelease of Theros and wont play more Standard at least, I still have one Modern deck , the other was banned, but that is not important here.
I want to create my first Cube, probably of 360 cards as I have seen it fits my playgroup. I don[t want to buy too expensive cards but I have some on my collections that I can add (some Snapcaster, Gravecrawlers, Linvala, some Eldrazi, Goblin Guide, and Planeswalkers as well)
My pool of cards is Modern Frame mostly, I have some old cards as well but nothing powerful. I receive long time ago a Odyssey and a Scourge booster box as a gift, so mostly of those sets.
My "Modern" pool is mostly from ZEN/WWK/ROE to the Return to Ravnica Block I stopped buying since the prerelase of Theros, but of course I can buy a lot of cards but dont want to spend more than 1 dollar per card.
My question is, what is a good ratio of cards on a 360 Cube?
I mean ratio of colors (I want to put guilds and some Shards.... and I believe there are new "Shards"on Tarkir) and of course Creatures/Instants/Sorceries etc....
This would be my first cube so I am clueless, I dont want a pauper or Uncommon/Common only cube have a lot of rares I would like to use and I can buy some cheap rares as well.
I'd start by checking out some of the 360 lists here and see what they offer. Then, I'd check out the cube tutor 360s. Peruse, see what you like and don't like, and then try it out.

So this Cube Tutor give some guidance when creating a 360 Cube???
Welcome to the forum! Since you're beginning your first cube from scratch, I recommend checking out this thread with a list of resources and some general advice for new cube managers.
Now for some of your more specific questions:
Cube Tutor is an online database of cube lists and most people on this forum also use it to manage our own cube lists. Check out the links in my signature for examples. You could see all of the 360-card cube lists there if you really wanted to, or just check out the 360 average cube to see what the most popular cards are in that size cube.

I would definitely recommend building your first cube with whatever you have on hand to see if you and your friends enjoy cubing before you spend too much money on popular cube staples. However, there are plenty of cube staples that don't cost much at all. I maintain a list of budget cube staples that all cost $2.00 USD or less, and I'd say about half of them cost $1 or less. You could almost build an entire cube just out of cards on this list.

For a 360 card cube a good ratio would look something like this:
250 monocolored cards (50 cards of each color)
30 multicolor cards (3 cards of each guild)
35-40 mana fixing lands (3 complete cycles of dual lands plus 5-color fixing lands)
40-45 colorless (artifacts, Eldrazi, colorless lands, Conspiracies, etc.)
I don't recommend running many true 3-color cards because they tend to be too hard to cast and wind up in sideboards. The only one I run is Sphinx of the Steel Wind, and that tends to be cheated out with Tinker or a reanimation spell anyway. The tri-brids from Fate Reforged like Soulfire Grandmaster and Tasigur, the Golden Fang are great. I slot the ones I run into guild spots, but many cube managers run them as mono-colored cards.
I hope that helps, and feel free to ask any more questions that come up as you build your first cube.
