Just echoing what everyone else has said. If it's real, it's pretty amazing. I hope it's a rare and not a mythic so the price will be a little less ridiculous.
The person who posted this has exactly two posts. The first post was the card, the second post was this: "Of course it's not real. I didn't intend to imply that I knew any more than anyone else. And the flavor text thing was a mistake too ".
It was a simple case of custom card creation, nothing more. The twitter post just latched onto that.
