~ comes in to play tapped.
T: G or B
GB: 3/3 with 1B: regen
It seems strong if it was true. Not sure if it breaks into my Golgari section through. It won't break dual/fetch/shock and I'm not sure if it breaks the non-spell Golgari top 3 either.
This one I think has a fair chance of being fake, simply because it's so scary if true. Treetop Village dual with extra protection is pretty terrifying, and easily the best of the enemy manlands so far.
No way. Wizards isn't that crazy are they?
I could see 1GB 3/3, GB 3/3? That would be the best manland printed, in a color combination that needs very little help in constructed.
It would break abzan agro in standard, and push modern jund up a tier.
Looking at both Treetop Village and the Worldwake manduals, this actually seems plausible and not too strong. Looking at the three other known BFZ/OGW manduals though, this would be the strongest one or at least the most cost effective one. I wouldn't be surprised if this was real and would be happy for my cube, but the way it was spoiled is a bit suspect and there is little reason to believe that it is true.
Seems very unlikely to be true, not only because it's super strong, but also because it regenerates for a Black, and not B/G Hybrid mana, which is really weird/inelegant on a B/G dual.
I don't think there's any chance this is real as is, but if it were, you could block and regenerate for 4 mana including tapping the manland. That would be really strong.
This is a great card, but I feel like half of you are greatly exaggerating how good it is. Treetop Village is not much worse, and 2 mana to regenerate is not an insignificant cost.
And I don't think leaving up 5 mana per turn to stop one attacker if its toughness is less than 4 is really strong. It seems like a fantastic way to fall behind.
You only have to leave up 4 mana, because you can tap the manland for the B to regenerate, and it will kill most 3 drops and a decent number of 4 drops.

Treeptop is not much worse as a creature... But then consider that this taps for 2 colors vs 1.
That's a huge upgrade... And treetop is a great card
My guess is this is mostly real, but since it seems to be based on some source telling him verbally what the card does, I would not be remotely surprised if some of the stats were off - like it's actually a 2/2, or it costs 1GB or 2GB to activate. The land itself seems to fit just fine in golgari, decent sized body and in the 2 colors that are primary and secondary in regen.
If this would activate for 2BG, it would be pretty bad. 1BG is a possibility. Still, trading 1 toughness and reach from Stirring Wildwood for a 2-mana regneration would be a change for the worse.
I wonder if the activation cost is spoiled correctly, but the regeneration cost is actually BG, not 1B. Maybe something was mixed up there? Would make the ability feel more like a conjunction of the two colors and less like a monoblack thing.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing, although we have to consider that maybe the "green part" of the card is the fact that it's a 3/3 for 2 and the "black part" is the regen ability. This is more of a stretch than making the ability either hybrid mana or dual, but I wouldn't put it past them.
Yeah, the regeneration being the black part and the body being the green part would make sense, too. Having an activated ability with mana from only one of the two colors would be a little weird, but ok. It was just some speculation on my part. Without a picture, even if a card like this exists, it is hard to tell if it was spoiled correctly. We already had little mistakes in the past. For example Aligned Hedron Network was initially spoiled as "power 4 or greater". Right now, I expect the BG mandual to be similar, but not necessarily exactly like this spoiled card. There could have easily been a small mistake with one of the costs.
1GB to make it a 2/2 deathtouch seems pretty decent as a rattlesnake effect, but definitely less impactful as a 2/2 than was initially anticipated as a 3/3 with regenerate.
