Because he's the hero MTGS deserves, and the one it needs right now. So we'll global him. Because he can take it. Because he's not just our hero. He's a silent guardian, a watchful protector. An expired rascal.

Yeah, none of those decks looks very good. Aggro felt more open than control (even in pack 1, we passed a bunch of black aggro cards), and right now it has 3 potential "bombs" (Grafted Wargear, Mind Twist, Armaggedon) instead of just one. I think what we have to do is, like you said, prioritize aggro creatures and removal. Even if it looks like we have more playables for the control deck, most of them are very low powered. We can also easily draft an aggressive midrange BW deck, depending on what we open; that also gives us the Signet and Catastrophe as playables, together with the Arcane Sanctum.
Hmm ok that sounds good. We'll still push forward with the aggro deck, but at least we can have midrange as the back up and splash blue if necessary to fill in gaps.
Our decks shaping up pretty well I'd say We got pretty lucky in p3 haha. We will definitely have a bit of trouble curving out reliably though with mostly B 1 cmc creatures, a few WW 2 cmc creatures, and then two 1BB creatures.

I identified these 24 cards for our deck and I think we should cut one of them, probably the Knight of the Holy Nimbus. Right now we're playing the Godless Shrine and the Arcane Sanctum. If we want to be greedy we can splash that Standstill. What do you think?
Yup, pretty much what was in the second post I think the knight was the right cut too. I went with a 8/7 split of swamps and plains, respectively. Most of our 1 drops are B and our 3 drops are both 1BB. Made sense to me

Yes, I saw it in the 2nd post, but I decided to try to build it from scratch as I think better that way. Glad we were on the same page.
And now let's win this draft!
Okay, looking at your decklist I do think we definitely got lucky there. We were pretty resilient to your Catastrophe/Armageddon, but you should have rolled over us before we got any of our trickiness going. Our 2-for-1s (FTK, Fire Imp, Triskelion) saved the day for us, as did your not ever getting Bob or the Sword down.
You're right, though, by the end of pack 1 your deck was a total trainwreck. It was a nice audible into a totally different archetype in pack 2 there, and you were able to end up with a deck that looked like it was locked in early. There was little removal available--your three pieces is quite thin, but I don't think you had much of an opportunity to pick up any more.

EDIT: What should we cut to go down to 23? I'm thinking Undead Gladiator and... Wall of Omens.
